I was wondering if you can have that Ninja Wolf dominate a masked wolf wrestler. Have him wear a mask, and his outfit is those lucahador outfit(elbow pads, knees pads, the tight leggings with the underwear outside and boots). Also can he be as muscular like the wolf ninja?

That move is called "青龍" in Japanese. It's called "Seiryu" in English
