Awesome Video (as usual). $40 is still a superb deal! The facts you state during the video are also a great way to make our aviation general knowledge better!
Awesome trip report man! Delta flies the 717-200 on this same ATL-CLT route! Nowadays is crazy to have first class on a regional aircraft! The CRJ900 imo looks a little too long, let alone the CRJ 1000. Apologies for the late comment. Keep up these great videos!
Awesome Trip Report man! Really enjoyed this! $40 seems pretty gosh darn good all things considered, on my previous flights universally it seems like those upgrades are offered depending on the length for around $100-$300 so I would say you definitely hit a homerun with $40, even though it was a RJ9 still a unique and satisfying experience. Really nice seat and service on the short flight! Atlanta and Charlotte were looking excellent in crisp lighting! That CLT RJ Meme is so funny haha. Concourse E never fails to impress. Excellent work!
I appreciate that you record from the passengers point of view so the audience can truly see how private a seat is! Btw you can make a lot of people mad by saying the A350 is better than the 787 lol
If that flight to Frankfurt was leaving from Bay 6, I bet passengers go down to a bus gate like in Europe and take a bus to the plane. That is so awesome! I know here at my home airport which is Sky Harbor, there have been rumors of having some bus gates here. I sure hope it happens.
Vast contrast of the volume of passengers at the T concourse at ATL vs the E concourse at CLT! Surprised that AE flies between Charlotte and Champaign, would have guessed only between DFW and ORD and Champaign--hopefully you got bonus mileage on your AAdvantage acc't with the upgrade
Thanks man! Yes it's a Delta A321 on departure, and no Six Flags NC is in Raleigh not Charlotte! Fun fact that amusement park shown in this video is actually on the NC-SC border to give you a hint!
@@ASAviation I don’t know if anyone else has answered elsewhere in the comments, but that park is Carowinds. I’m not from NC, but I visited there several years ago for business, and over the two weeks I was there I went to the park twice. And yes, I stood in both NC and SC at the same time…pretty cool. Great videos by the way, nice work.
Amazing video man! I have nothing but fond memories from connecting through Charlotte, I too landed on 36L last time I flew in (Which is now depressingly approaching 2 years ago 😭 I need to fly) and I remember there being some amazing views of departing aircraft as I held short for 36C. anyway, amazing video man, Can't wait to see more!

Thanks a lot bro, I appreciate the comment :D
Amazing trip report love it as always
Thanks bro.
Amazing video AS!! It was cool that we were in Atlanta on the same day!
Thanks a lot man! Yeah that's crazy, small world it is!!
I had the good fortune to fly a month ago from Providence to Philadelphia and it is an excellent airline

13:47 it goes the same for PHL when they use 35 😂
And in addition Mesa also operates the CRJ 900 out of Louisville SDF too

Amazing video as always 👍
The name of the theme park is Carowinds. Carowinds straddles the NC/SC state line ( Charlotte, NC/ Columbia, SC
Concourse C north is finally back open at Atlanta
Awesome flight review, the first class looks great!
Dear, when the doors closet, it's the departing time and when the door open is the arrival time.
Your flight was operated by PSA Airlines
I appreciate that you record from the passengers point of view so the audience can truly see how private a seat is! Btw you can make a lot of people mad by saying the A350 is better than the 787 lol
Thanks a lot man! Believe or not I’m mostly a Boeing guy but this is one of the only exceptions I make 😂
Next flight up American Eagle ERJ 145 operated by Piedmont Airlines from Charlotte to Champaign
They must be renovating Concourse T at ATL
great trip report!
Thanks a lot!!
Let's go! My favorite CRJ!
11:20 looks like a 757
It's actually the competitor and worse aircraft...the A321 lol!

Indeed, AA has been flying CLT-CMI since 2018. And sadly I don’t have an AAdvantage account haha.
CLT is AAs second busiest hub after DFW, also the largest regional airline hub in the world!!!
Gonna be on an American Eagle E175 tomorrow morning, thinking of upgrading but nah... it's a 1hr flight.

9:20 You lucky bastard 😩
YAY new Video! Is that an A321 on departure? And thats Six Flags NC on approach

@@ASAviation lol there is no Six Flags in NC, especially not Raleigh im from Raleigh
Carowinds! It's the only amusement park we have here that's worth a damn lol.
I think that was Carowinds,
Um excuse me, First class on a CRJ-900?! Btw, tomorrow I will be flying on Southwest!!! :D
Have fun on SWA!
Ugh saying Mitsubishi and CRj just doesn't seem right. Awesome video. Welcome to CLT
Indeed...the plane is still Bombardier since that’s who built it but the company now is owned by Mitsubishi.
14:13 That's Carowinds!
Correct!!
Flights heading south and east depart from the ATL south runway while flights heading north and west depart from the ATL north runway
Imma sub now
14:09 I know what park that is, It is Carowinds
That’s correct.
On this entire route you took you basically flew on all the American Airlines regional subsidiaries PSA, Piedmont, and Envoy
Very good point! Just missing Skywest, Mesa, and Compass though.
@@ASAviation You mean SkyWest, Mesa, and Republic those are regional carriers for multiple airlines
You flew over my house at 8k feet when departing atl
Your shots were so tight your viewers never got a good look at what the seat looks like which is a major reason for watching your video.
Amazing video man! Yeah i miss flying too
Thanks a lot dude, CLT is an awesome airport considering how busy it is...but the only annoying thing is 99% of the planes there are AA lol...
@@ASAviation yeh trouble is it’s entertaining for a while until you get bored of seeing AA 😂
Subscribe
Carowinds 14:10 and yeah funny CRJ joke
Yup 😂
One of the worst videos ever produced
JUST A JOKE BEST VIDEO EVER
Again...he had us in the first half.
Carowinds
Bro I gotta figure out a time to come up to Chicago, we need to spot together sometime
- Fighterwing.visual on insta
Thanks man that would be sick, I wanna come back to ATL soon since 1hr there wasn’t enough.
Carowinds...........
Amazing trip report mate imagine if PIA had first class on the atrs 🤣
Hahah true🤣
Thanks bro, well PIA doesn't have a first class on their 777's so I can't imagine one on the ATR 😂
