The Rode has a more louder and fuller sound over the Takstar . Also there is a lot more noticeable white noise in the background of the Takstar as I listen to this with headphones to properly compare.

With a 5 step 2 Minute Post Produktion in Audacity the takstar will Sound everybit as good as the rode .. Crazy

I think compared to my Takstar, I like the RODE just a bit better! I like the fuller sound and also the size and no internal battery is nice!
