- Welcome to our minimalist bathroom, it's not very big, but since we've decluttered and simplified our small bathrooms, they're a breeze to keep clean and organized! Bathrooms (especially small ones) can get overcrowded quickly, but you don't necessarily need more storage, just a few less things!!

THANK YOU for watching! If you want to see the video where Tom pops out of the shower curtain (and our blooper reel!) you can find it here: th-cam.com/video/KU6vu3UbBC8/w-d-xo.html (it also talks about small bathroom decluttering & organization & why we don't have hampers!) We are grateful for you!!! - Dawn
So sorry if this is criticism. In this current climate I would never get rid of my old 100percent cotton linens. We will never be able to replace them. The new stuff we get from China is toxic and microfiber plastic. You are doing a health disservice.
jentrees333 i agree... but she wants to explain is if you are not gonna use them then throw or donate.. but keep what you use.. so if u gonna use your old cotton linen.. keep them🙂🙂
Brilliant!
@@jentrees333 I must have missed the spot where somebody told you to get rid of your family heirlooms, so your comment is what is toxic and entirely unnecessary.
Natali M can’t deal with a different opinion then your own. Immature and ridiculous.
When you were talking about the bank account I was like where is she going with this?? So awesome. Love your videos!
I loved her technique too. Such a smart hook at the start of the video but also a very good visual.
I love her! That was so funny! And true! ❤
Lol The reveal on that part cracked me up 😂
What a great twist! I love it ❤️
Me too! That was a great point!
when I was little we never really had bath toys I remember playing with a washcloth and pretending it was a jellyfish and like a cup and that's really it, was so much fun
The bathroom was where I did my first real decluttering. It was about 5 am and I had been looking at before and after decluttering pictures while rocking a sick baby. After I put him down I went into the bathroom and started pitching stuff into the trash can. Filled it up quickly! The next day I filled up a box with still-good items and took them to a shelter for pregnant women. Lots of nail polish, sample sized toothpaste, hair products I didn't like, and fancy spa products people had given me. In this season, my skin is happy enough with splashing with water in the shower. I was finally ready to let go of the obligation to use it. And the new empty space in the cabinet was so pleasing that I was hooked and started looking for more stuff to declutter!
Very well done example about the bank account. I’ve been minimizing in my garage this week. Letting go of LOTS of “someday” stuff. My bank account has actually increased by $200 after two days of selling the things on FB marketplace.
Us too! We started checking out fbmarketplace about 2 months ago, and we have made around 250$. We don't miss any of it and it just feels so freeing😊🍥
Yes!!!! Love this!!!!!!
Debbye Cannon Yesssss!!!! I've sold so many things during quarantine. Every dollar adds up.
Sold more today. Cleared many things from my closet that I no longer have occasion to wear. I like to build a wardrobe with intention and updated classics. I give purchases my 5 “C”’s test: cost, construction, cleaning, comfortable fit, color.its past time to share things that didn’t work for me with someone who it will thrill.winwin!1
@@TheMinimalMom can you please tell me which shampoo and conditioner you use? please
I, too, have multiple hand lotions, face creams, hair conditioners in my bathroom, nail polish, etc. I've imposed a buying freeze until I use up what I have, because I hope to simplify one of everything, without waste. It is a slower process, but I don't feel any guilt.
same! best wishes throughout your process!
Same here. My husband is a hoarder, and it stresses him out when I throw away things that are still "perfectly good" - and he's more important to me than the house. So I'm working on the other end of the equation: limiting what comes in. For me, a buying freeze is a no-brainer. My energies generally are spent on getting HIM not to bring anything new in!
I did this too. Took me a couple of years.
Me too. Save the stuff and then when you need something you take it out of the stuff you've kept. I will never need to buy anything for a long time when I run out of things in the bathroom. Bad mistake hoarding it in the 1st place, but I'll be damned if I'll throw good stuff away.
I’m doing the same!
If I have toiletries I’m not using, I take a box of them to school/work/church and leave them with a “Help Yourself!” sign. They’re always gone in a day.
This way others can try a shampoo that didn’t work for me, or a lotion whose scent I didn’t care for.
Great idea!!!!!!
Yes, much better than just throwing all that stuff in the Landfill!
Oh that's so smart!
I've started doing that with my makeup and toiletries and absolutely agree, it's all gone within the day. I love the mini makeover sessions that occur as well. Much much better than it going to waste
Yes!!
Watching for 3rd time…if it wasn’t for you, I’d be drowning in all my stuff!!! Thank you so, so much!!!!!!💕
Great video! When I help people who want to declutter and are over whelmed with where to start I always have them start in the bathroom cupboards. Not usually any sentimental items in there and things are pretty easy to make decisions about since you know what you use and what you don’t. The person can see quick progress and that really helps people catch the decluttering bug! 😀
Great idea to start in the bathroom!
The most badass demonstration of the sunk cost fallacy I've ever encountered. Thank you!
I always find my bathroom cabinets get cluttered up after Christmas when I get loads of toiletry products gifted to me. I’m allergic to many of the products (but get them anyways despite telling people this lol) and found I used to keep a hold of them for years because I felt ungrateful throwing them out.
I recently discovered my local supermarket has a discretionary hygiene basket where you can donate unused toiletry products for people who need them. I feel much better giving the things away to someone who really appreciates them while still respecting the people who give me Christmas gifts. 😊
Thanks for this approach on decluttering Dawn. I need some tough love when it comes to getting rid of things I have spent money on. But I now realize I'd much rather have the peace than the product. ❤
Hi Amanda! Dawn teaches in such a GREAT WAY!!! With kindness, for one thing!!
Every time I declutter I put an add up on FB marketplace and it goes so fast. Sometimes I list it for free and other times I might make a little something. I don't like to throw things away so this has been a good compromise. Love Dawn's persuasive tips
I love how practical you are!!! I watch a lot of videos much like yours but they seem to always prompt me to buy something new to replace the old. Minimalism should be money-saving. And that is why I love your approach SO much. Thank you as always for your ideas, Dawn!
My son’s favorite bath toy when he was little was a turkey baster! :)
That is a great idea ☺️ I have a house full of littles and I'm going to try that 😊
I bought those same Green Toys bathtub toys for my grandkids. They play with them in the bathtub and also in their inflatable pool in the summer. Those toys are the best. The kids love them.
You are sssooo right. Decluttering a bathroom is the easiest room to start with. I did it when I changed out my sink and cabinet. It is only me, so I have no one to blame but myself. So easy to keep clean now. I have one basket under sink and five towels, one being a beach towel. A cabinet over the toilet for small extra things, swabs, soap, spray, etc. Love the curtain!
I felt like I was getting an eye exam. “Which one is better? This one or this one?” 😂
am I the only person who preferred the full drawers?!
1or 2. 3 or 4....
1 or 2? 1 or 2? 😂

We are lucky to have nieces and nephews and neighbours who usually take shampoos etc. Plus homeless shelters always need donations (and we have a friend who works at one so it's easy for us to get items to them). I have always tried to be fairly minimal but haven't been maintaining well for the last couple of years. But I did a big purge of my vanity (the same model as yours). Old eyeliner and mascara that didn't live up to its smudge proof promise. I have now faced facts that I am not going to return it, and keeping it isn't putting the money I spent back in the bank (you're right!!) ;) The reward is it's so much easier to find what I need quickly. Thanks!
Walking in to a clean, clutter-free bathroom in the morning is such a great way to start the day! I'll never go back! Anybody else get a thrill when you see a family member putting something right back where it goes now??? 😃 Our home's been on the market for less than a week. And already, we've gotten SOOOO much feedback on how clean and simple and inviting our home is! 😂 THANK YOU, DAWN!!!
I suggest giving the toiletries, even if opened, to a women's shelter. I learned this from someone who worked helping on Vancouver's downtown east side. Most people think you can't donate opened products, and they can't be sold, but donating to a shelter is ok.
You win the decluttering internet. That was awesome!
You’re brilliant! I will forever have a minimalist bathroom now, thanks to you. I’m cured :) Truly. 🌺
We did this! Our local day shelter for homeless kids took all of it. They have job interviews and school to attend and they still want to look good. I threw away old foundations and mascaras. Anything else was gratefully accepted, especially nail polish!
Thanks, very freeing idea. We feel bad throwing it out but I just purged my whole house and for the first time in my life I can go into stores and say no to buying because I’ve put so much time and effort into throwing out and donating so much stuff and I finally realize the waste!
Everytime I get rid of something, it improves my life! I have been working on it for a year, and probably have another year to go. I am looking forward to having a perfect house!
I’ve been buying my regular products in sample size before buying bigger to see how often I use it. Much easier to throw away a sample. What a great video!! Thanks for sharing your tips. I’m working hard to make these changes and get everyone on board.
Quarantine has us doing so much of the same things! I decluttered my bathroom just last night. I even moved out the bulky dresser I was using for storage. It so roomy and clean now! I repurposed a nightstand and mirror in place of the dresser. Bathroom boundaries are smaller yet functional.
Continued blessings for you and your family!
So true.
I am a total beginner so am treading carefully. I just watched your bathroom video & totally got it when you spoke about the bank account. Thank you it has been so helpful for my decision making. 😊. I love your videos. 👍
Oh,I would suggest as tub toys to use plastic measuring cups and spoons... fun and educational!
You’ve inspired me again. We have no drawers in either of our small bathrooms but I can still remove stuff to make it look better. I notice we have about 4 lotions on the go. I need to remove all but one so my family actually finishes one before moving to the next. I think a lot of us could also work on using up what we have before buying more. Especially in these times, our family is working on not letting anything go to waste. With all that space in the bottom drawer I would totally fill it up with toilet paper. :) Even as an aspiring minimalist I buy that in bulk, pandemic or not.
Can't wait till tomorrow! I will tackle the utility room! My husband built a long storage cabinet in there to fold clothes on around 10 to 12 ft long! Right now the top is covered .Its a catch all! You couldn't fold laundry on there If You wanted to. I clean it off,but things get right back on ! In the cabinet we store small appliances, cake plates, cupcake carrier !I'm taking everything out! I pray I put less back in! Grocery cabinet next! I' m so proud of my drawers in the kitchen. Makes me feel so much better! Thanks!
What a great way to challenge that guilty part of our minds when going through costly clutter! Way to think outside the box! Thank you!
I LOVE that shower curtain! And the green colour all in all.
I love what you did with your bank balance. Very clever Obi One. Lol
I am always hanging onto things because they cost me money. This was great to see it wasn't costing to get rid of things. I know it makes sense but I'm a visual learner and I had an ' ahhhh' moment. Thanks Dawn and love from Australia
My daughter loves those syringes in the tub. We also use a small strainer, measuring cups and teaspoons for tub toys. They also double as kiddie pool toys as well.
Recent fan! I started the process about 6 months ago before I came across you. I love the logic! God bless ya’ll
You're home has such a fresh, polished look. Reminds me of the magazine Real Simple.
Totally makes sense! I knew where u were going with the bank account after u reached for it the 2nd time. Hilarious! And it's so true but so hard to let go of expensive items. I have teeth whiteners, hair products for thinning hair after having my baby in November 2018, unused and I hate looking at them, unused vitamin for my skin, etc I'd look brand new if I'd actually take the time to use them BUT with a 1 & 4 yr old and working full time - i barely have time to shower. Ughh. I'm going to try to let go tomorrow. I love the empty drawer look.
And by the way, I want those purple dollar tree bins, so pretty!
Great video as always.
Lety from Chicago 💕
Wow!! Every year I take the week after Christmas to declutter and purge. This video gave me permission to get rid of never opened items I've been holding onto in the bathroom closet because they cost money to buy.
Freedom!!! I did it!!! Much more manageable closet and under the bathroom sinks. It was a BIG day. I feel so accomplished. Thank you!!!
So last year I put a bunch of bathroom items in a box and stored it away in my daughter's closet to see if I use it in a whole year and I only pulled 2 items out of the box that I needed. After I did that I decided to go thru all my bathroom items and I did exactly what you did I put them in the trash. Best thing ever!!
You motivated me 🙌 I cleaned out about 18 months ago and haven't really bought anything since but I just went back for a deeper purge. So much nicer.
Yay!!! Way to go!!!
Going to do that right now
You really inspired me
Thank you...
Thank you for the motivation!! I just went into the guest room bathroom and wow. I am donating 1/2 of our towels. They were overflowing and then threw out old shampoos and conditioners bc our family guests that have stayed with us these past 2 years, no one has used them! So byebye and hello more space!! Its freeing to have the space
I am obsessed with your videos. I can watch you all day while working from home!😍
You are one of my very favourite you tuber! Your practices are a breath of fresh air. I get so anxious watching other channels where they have so much stuff it's actually shameful. I totally agree and do this myself to only have what I need and use. Also important to me is to never bring all that stuff into my house in the first place. I wish every one was like you!
The green wall really brings out your eyes😀
Hi ,i just found you in TH-cam.I'm from algeria, i really like your spirit and the joy that sparkle while you are talking .god bless u
You're so motivating!
You keep it simple.
Just the basics.
This will be my next decluttering project.
My biggest "just trash it" issue is I hate tossing things into a landfill.
I can donate usable items to our local homeless outreach program.
Unusable items, those with recyclable containers, will be emptied and then rinsed out using ONE big bucket of water ... fill, empty, fill, empty... and recycled.
Hope this all makes sense.
Your tip on looking at your bank account is genius - and makes you think from a different angle, thank you 😊
Love the video! On a side note, all of your kids are so cute, but your youngest son is so adorable! I love seeing him in your videos! He's always smiling and seems so happy!
I really enjoy watching your shows! Also picking up ideas and how you are always so up and encouraging! Thank you for caring about others so much!!
You are an inspiration!
I needed your first three minutes of this video. I’ve been struggling with not being able to get rid of higher end products that I will never use because I already paid for them and may come up with a reason down the road for them again.
Dawn has inspired me in this journey, and it just gets better. I could have used her advice 15 yrs ago when the kids were 8 and 4, but...better later than never bc I still see big results! Our youngest is 19 and she will go through her bathroom and bedroom declutter things periodically😍😊
I totally agree with you, Julie! My kids are close to your kids' age, 20 and 24, and I sure wish we'd known about this way of living back then too! But like you said, better late than never for sure!! Our whole family is benefitting so much from Dawn's relatable and honest guidance!
@@Islandtyme "We could be friends!" Haha Our daughter turns 20 in Sept and our son just turned 23 in May.
Dawn has encouraged me so much! I'm glad that we found her and can call her "friend."😊

You remind me of my friend that was married and was so happy she wanted everyone married !
This change you made in your lifestyle has been so profound
you are driven to show us how amazing it will be Your passion is contagious. We all love you for it 💌 thank you Dawn
I think I am pretty minimalist to be honest! With eleven people it’s so hard ... but I don’t keep a lot! So encouraging
This inspired me. I’ve been decluttering along and along for a few years now. I just decided to use one of my face masks instead of letting it expire in a drawer. I only have two more, and I will be making a note to use them in the next month or two. Because you’re right...they will go bad sitting there! And you’re also right that keeping them or hoarding things will not give that money back!
Our kiddos love to play with small funnels and measuring cups in the tub!
I did that recently in our bathrooms and kitchen. I wish I had taken pics. I have been working at minimalism for a long time. Just when I think I have just about arrived, I go through things again and realize I can get it even better. I am enjoying it more & more. The more I clear out, the better I enjoy our home. I am getting close to the place where I want to be. We don’t have dressers or chest of drawers. We have all of our clothes in our walk-in closet so now we can even get dressed in there. Our BR is so much more spacious.
Can I just tell you....I have kept my bathroom counters, dressers, and night stand clutter free for 3 weeks now! I have never gone a week in my entire life with those flat surfaces clean! I literally walk into the bathroom and say....”wow, it’s so beautiful!” I really had no idea how easy it would be to keep surfaces clean and beautiful! Sooooo THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! I had no idea how much my extra stuff was wearing me down and I literally feel happy again! Thank you!
Soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensor for the shower wall will get rid of all the bottles and save money by measuring out a pumps worth. One of my favorite investments for the bathroom.
Yes! This was SO great! The connection to bank balance and seeing that the things being tossed was money already spent.
Love this. We strive and thrive living below our means. Small house, less stuff. Our families do not understand so your channel make me feel "normal". Thank you.
Love this. My hubby has a gazillion after shaves he never wore and I’m sure they don’t smell good either after such a long time. He got a new one from a friend for his birthday in April so I threw out all the old ones and now he just has one to enjoy. But it’s heaps less stressful as he doesn’t have to decide which one, just rembering to wear it is busy enough!
My son is 22m and loves the tub. We have a small collection of toys and I love the boundary idea so we have a small basket and if they don’t fit in there they get out! Mostly my son plays with a few cups in the bath and could just keep pouring for hours.... thanks Dawn :)
Love the open shelving idea. I currently have a shelving unit in the same kind of space. Have grown to dislike it b/c of all the dust it accumulates! Think I'll show the hubby this idea! Love love love your info! Thank you!
While on two different furloughs I’ve cleaned out closets, kitchen cabinets, and of course the bathroom cabinets and I’ve found products that I bought and at the time didn’t like but to save money and trips to store I’ve been using them up...which helped my bank account!! I do agree get rid of things that aren’t of use because it’s just taking up space and like you said probably out of date like suntan lotions or any lotions for that matter...tfs 👍💕😎
Thanks for posting this. It's what I knew but I couldn't bring myself to clean out the drawer and medicine cabinet. After watching this I went right into the bathroom and started cleaning everything out. Most of the over the counter medicine in the medicine cabinet had expired. It's so nice to have 1/2 the drawer and medicine cabinet now empty.
I’m really frugal with bath products and have a dispenser in my shower so I do only buy 1 at a time as I fill up shampoo and shower gel then buy when runs out! I only buy one face cream at a time and bath bubbles etc. I have only a slimline drawer unit next to sink (no vanity) only keep soap toothpaste etc 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
WOW I'll get there one day
Super fun video. I feel like you are a friend who is encouraging and honest. Thanks.
Haha, I literally just bought some of those foam letters yesterday 😂 my kids love them, we've been really working on learning letter recognition and they loved sticking them to the wall. Other than that they have a couple spice containers, funnels, and Apple sauce cups.
I have the foam letters for my grandson as well. .. he LOVES them. But I can see how they would be a hassle if it were a tub used by a whole family.
I recently bought them too and a little net to store them. The rule is that the kids have to pick everything up before they are allowed out of the tub 😀
@@ettardz same here.
Yes, getting rid of unused bathroom products is such a freeing feeling! (although, acknowledging the wasted money, was tough, at first).
Both your bathrooms look great.....and your hair does, too, BTW! I think it looks very natural, and accentuates your eye-color.
We have glow baths. Bath time at night and pop a couple glow sticks into the bathtub :) the kids looooove this!!! Then they put them in their room overnight and throw away in the morning. This is a special thing that I will randomly surprise them with now and then ;)
I love your videos! They are super inspiring and have literally changed my life. I couldn’t clean up because I had no room to put anything away. Your videos encouraged me to change all of that. I have extra space in every cupboard and closet. What sealed the deal for me was deciding to donate my stuff to Goodwill and not have a yard sale. I would tackle one room at a time and load the car and immediately take the boxes to Goodwill. I even finished my attic. Now my home is much easier to maintain and it’s remarkable how easy it is to manage. I have an identical twin too! She has always been the queen of throw it out, me not even close. But now I’m like my sister. If you don’t use it-loose it. I have kept up with every room in my house accept for my bedroom closet and I plan another purge very soon! Keep up with your encouragement! My identical twin and I love it !!
My favorite! You always lift me up with your happy laugh and positive attitude!
When I seen all the hair products I had I couldn’t bring myself to throw them away so I have vowed to use them and not buy anymore until it’s gone. I’ve done well so far. Not many more to go. Love the illustration of the bank account. ❤️
Same with me !
Women's shelters in our area are still happy to take them.

I am applying this approach for my traveling toiletries, too, and I am pleased! I deferentiated them by what I use in the hotel bathroom and items I use by the bed. The bathroom kit bag is packed within the overall toiletries small tote and can be grabbed and placed in the bathroom without depriving me of my bedside stuff! Just reverse on check out!
I moved 4 states away in the last month and I did purge toiletries/makeup/first aid/bathroom stuff as I packed. I limited what I kept using the boundary of containers I learned here. I unpacked the toiletries box in my new home and am satisfied. Now I know how many extras I have on hand and will not have to buy much for a while! Thanks for tips that help us all--not only for families!
Best bath toys: unbreakable cups in different sizes and colors. Besides being fun, can help teach the relationship between container sizes and volume - a pre-math skill - as kids pour water from one cup to another.
I absolutely love how you edited ...this or this. 👍👍It was so eye opening! And I also like how you showed the bank account balance and how it doesn’t affect it. So powerful.
This was very helpful- the bank account example made all the difference, seeing that I continued to hold onto a few baskets of things (I still haven't used), even after cleaning out our bathroom closet and cabinet. I can't wait to take it to another level, so it finally feels more simplified and we can enjoy our space better :)
We're with 3 persons (2 adult and one child of 7 years old). We only use 1 shower gel. And 1 shampoo. I love it to be so simple instead of 10 different bottles in the shower :-)
We are family of 7, mosty using the same shamoo, soap, conditioner, always finishing the product, it saves money and clutter. Simplifying helps. I go trough medicíne at least twice a year , never keep expirated things.
Our family’s the same as yours (except we’re expecting a baby any day now) and we’ve simplified too, having switched over to a single bar of high quality soap that works well for both hair and body. It’s lovely to not have to deal with the clutter of all those bottles!
We have the same toothbrush drawer, but each person gets their own toothpaste. Individual paste keeps the germs from spreading so fast. Also, they get their preferred flavor/specific kind needed.
Been through the bathroom once already to get everything off the counter. Now its time to go through again, especially our medicine cabinet! Thanks for the inspiration Dawn!
I went from a house with a HUGE counter (so big I changed baby's diapers on it!) to a house with zero counter. Just a sink and a narrow mirror/medicine cabinet. It was eye-opening to realize you don't need anything on the counter except hand soap.
A small colander, plastic sieve, or funnel is the best grandbuddy fun in the bathtub!
I am definitely on board with the decluttering. We have always only had one shampoo and conditioner for the entire family so only 2 bottles in the shower. And 1 bar of soap. But I just can’t imagine not using a clean towel each morning. Why shower if you just use a dirty towel? Germs grow quickly on wet fabric. We have lots of towels. But the rest of the minimalist bathroom makes sense.
My kid’s favorite bath toy by far is the green toys tea set I got for super cheap on sale from Amazon!
You inspired me to look through my bathroom supplies. I thought I only had back stock of things I use, but actually I had stuff going 'out of date' because I no longer use the same items. I'm now gifting them on Freecycle so they will actually get used so thank you!
Dawn, I love how you started this video. What fun! My kids are all grown now but they're favorite bathtub toys were several of the Rescue Heroes (from 25 years ago) and cups of different sizes. They could pour water from one container to another FOREVER especially if one had holes drilled into the bottom of the container. Thank you for reminding me of such delightful times :)
Thank you for such a great video! I’m an empty nester and a hairstylist. Believe when I say I have NO extra hair stuff Between my daughter and step. Daughters and nieces , they wipe me out. Here’s a tip...I have a clear bin i my very small cabinet in my only bathroom... I keep all my underwear in it. Something so little of an idea has been great for me. As a stylist who sells hair care products, I actually am very conscious on what I offer to my clients. I will remember what I know they purchase from and go through the possible use of those at their home before buying something new that does the same thing (at least for what they need it to do ). I do have those who really really want to buy something new!
Love this!!!
I love your videos. Just simple, plan, straight to the point and good common sense.
Thank you for this segment. After my mom passed, and going through areas of her home like the bathroom and linen closet, while she maintained a pretty simple semi minimalistic lifestyle, I was overwhelmed with the guilt of getting rid of things that were still good. I ran into so many challenges in even locating charities that would /could use them despite items that may have only been used 1 time, lotions, hair products etc. it’s been 2 years now and I’ve tried to use up as much of these things that I can but I also like what I like so it’s been a well intended initiative. Time to just let them go.
Oh, Dawn. I love this video, made me giggle! You are so cute! You are one of my favorite youtubers! I ran up to my bathroom cabinet right after watching this and I think I got it decluttered for the last time! Started the real declutter journey about a year and a half ago, found your channel about 3 months ago, binge watched almost all your videos and its made me repurge for real. And now with a family of five, I feel like I've finally made it to about where you are and it feels soooooo great! Thank you for your continued inspiration! 💕
One thing i never throw away is soap/shampoo. If we don't like it i clean the toilet with it. 😊💕
Instead of throwing away shampoos I no longer use, I use them to spot treat clothes, clean toilets, patio furniture, scrub sidewalk or baseboards. I enjoy your ideas. Thanks.
I would have never thought to re purpose shampoo. Love it
I never thought of that! Great idea.
I wash my bras with the old shampoo. They are too expensive to throw in a machine!
Yes, or scrub a dog with them :)
Love ❤️ the 2nd drawers the fine. Stuff tossed !!
I am doing my craft room today as I watch this !!👍👍👍💕💕💕💕👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼love your ideas
I really recommend you get an ear cleaner made out of metal. Had mine since 2014. It helps save money and it is more sustainable than q-tips :)
We have the Tupperware boat. It’s lots of fun and doesn’t get mouldy either.
Totally agree about the bath toys! Got rid of those letters a while back and it made cleaning up easier! Love Green toys too and they last forever and don't break!!
Just brilliant!! This is exactly what i struggle with, the fact that I feel like it's costing me money to throw things away. It's not!!! Thank you!!!!
Thanks for all your videos of encouragement! I simplified my products ALOT, and am now down to one each and am finishing them and throwing away the bottle BEFORE I purchase another. I can do this because if I am not able to buy shampoo for instance I can shower in my daughter's bath and use hers until I am able to get to the store, and vice versa. I LOVE the space that you helped me create and I am finding it super easy to keep it that way now that I am keeping just one of any product.
We have green toys for the tub, too! Only 2 and one set of duplo (bc it's a submarine with a fish and whale) and that's it. Kids are happy, I'm happy, no more than necessary.
Glow sticks in the bath and turn off the lights - awesome fun xxx
Dawn: Love your channel! ❤️ It has been so inspirational. You are indeed one of my favourite TH-camrs. I never miss a video. And I especially love your Sunday videos with Diana. Just wanted to say the bathroom paint colour has brought out the colour of your eyes incredibly! Don't know if anyone else noticed it, but it is definitely your colour! Looking forward to the next video! Please keep them coming. Take care and stay safe.
Thank you so much!!!
I noticed it! Such a lovely palette, that-- eyes, wall color, and shower curtain! 😆
Dawn, thank you! I am learning and I am changing my ways, along with you on the journey!!
