Hi @puppylove2493. It's an Anti Social Behaviour Order, used by police etc in the UK to, (in theory) stop low level anti-social behaviour re-occurring in the same place or to the same people. Designed as a first step enforcement action, it actually became a badge of honour for some people. About as useful a policing action, as installing a condom vending machine in the Vatican toilets.
Doesn't anyone speak without little notes infront of them anymore? So monotonous and impersonal. Regardless of how good the speech is. One dimension short.
