Nop, edm its not a genre, its just a style of life, well its not, but i mean, its a movement, like the "punk" movement, its not a genre, in the 90' the edm was there too, but with other name and other genres like house, techno, trance, etc, the genres of that decade, so its just a term who include a lot of genres, but no, its not all the electronic music, in this case, its just the popular and danceable genres such like the others you have mentioned it, the dubstep, glitch hop, drumstep, trap, bass house and similars are from another "movement" called bass music, and it have sense, i mean, cmon, dubstep danceable? thats not the purpose of making agressive bass music

I can connect with DL with how long and tedious making a video like this can be. I've done some, albeit smaller, dubstep lyric videos on my channel, at first for my high school's daily morning show, but then I made one on my own. It is so freaking fun to make, but oh so tedious. The effort required to get it to be as fluid as this astonishes me. I haven't tried to make a new one, I've done other kinetic typography videos on my channel, but after binging a bunch of DL's vids as well as this one...I want to make a new one.
Props to you DL, the waiting is always worth it for a new video! Keep up the good work!
