It's a stunning 80s short scifi film and music video rolled into one. This song is something that can be played in an 80s prom night. As a child in the 80s, this is my escape to a parallel 80s universe.

I don't know music. Is it like in a show when you hear them say the punchline to a joke with no set up and it sounds funny but there is no context?
BUT to me it sounds like a really complete seed that you could grow a song from.

I watched this earlier today when it premiered and was like…meh, it’s not bad dream baby…..but after thinking about it for a few hours I came back and watched it again and…yea…the boys have done it again. A beautifully nostalgic piece of audio and video.

It's kind of a shame we have to wait 3 years between songs, and there's part of me that wishes they'd just put a regular album out, but what they're doing with the visuals and narrative is fresh and unique and I love it so, I can only respect it.

I agree. The only thing stopping September 87 becoming my favourite group is that they don't have many tracks. An album might just put them up there in my top 5 with Nirvana, Metallica and Hallucinogen.

Hey guys! I just time-travelled back from 2054! These guys put out several new songs and albums! They’ve reached the top spot in synthwave. The tv show is looking great too! In Act 2, Roy is able to bust out of prison and catch up to his date. I’d have to say my favourite songs from them are Tears At Midnight, Body Weight, All My Memories, and Heart Beaten.
