How does cardio feel?
Sara Haley Cardio feels fine generally! I was pretty active before pregancy but...my joints go extremely loose during pregnancy. ( l also have an interesting connective tissue disorder named Ehler Danlos Hypermobility type so everything just hurts....😭). My hips are especially over- lax. Pubic joint is on fire and sciatic pain....LOL! l generally stay a bit crippled till delivery!
I love burpees I did my own 100 burpees for 100 days burpees. Right now 5 months pregnant, they aggravate my sciatica which has been bad all second trimester because I carry very low.
Actually yes I did. I widened my stance when I jumped my legs back and took out the jumps and did calf raises instead but left in the push ups because they are not an issue for me yet at #25 weeks. Worked great, thanks!
