'Water Goat' system keeps trash from bay

At the McKay Bay Nature Preserve in Tampa, a storm drain outflow carries a steady flow of garbage from the streets of Ybor City and it's headed for McKay Bay. But before it gets there, it's captured by the Water Goat.

No, doing the right thing is better. We shouldn't accept living in a society where you choose between doing the right thing, or survival. More cities around the country should be hitting this man up, because our rivers are pathetically disgusting
