This shit doesn't work! Try to setup Windows. Choose any other language as system language. And you'll never get rid of it! Never!!! Windows is one big bug...
Excuse me. How to re-add / restore the language pack from removed? I cannot re-install back the language pack and the letter of words is in gray, instead of black. It means it cannot be selected.
Can you remove the imstallation language after you change the windows display language? I have norwegian installation language. I installed english language pack. So i want to remove norwegian language pack from the display languages. How do i do it?
I know the comment is old, but might work for others at least. First, select the add language option that you see in the video, and install your undesired language. After installation is completed, remove it as in the video. That worked for me :)
