With my Monport, I added screws to the "ramp" that I made with one side of the pallet and that kept things in place while offloading the machine. I also pulled the top off first, then one side panel. Then pulled all of the lower screws and pulled the other three sides in on shot. Makes it a one man operation.
I've had the same laser about 5 weeks. Found out a few days ago the grub screws that hold the pulley to the y-axis stepper motor were missing. Was very painful to fix. Go over your machine and try to ensure everything is OK. My issue didn't show up for weeks - was finally revealed when the gantry would no longer move in the y direction and the stepper shaft just spun inside the pulley.

Is there suppose to be a catch tray under the honeycomb tray for all the debris or does it just fall into where all the belts are, very confused.

The air assist turns on automatically with the machine? Did a test cut at 20% and there was a lot of smoke. Doesn’t seem like the air assist or the exhaust fan is running.
