I loved your video. Based on the size, do you think it will fit thru a standard door? I don't have a garage but I have a spare bedroom I use for my lasers. I'm looking to upgrade to a CO2.
I just bought my first MP 40W unit and I already want a larger machine. Seems it takes a huge machine to make even decent sizable projects. That's a nice machine though.
We wanted larger and more power right away also!
@@KLRformbut for the most part, are you loving it? I'm torn between the 60w and 80w..I just do leather hat patches and tumblers so I don't need a huge machine (it would be nice though lol)...i just have to upgrade from my diode laser....any issues in the time yall have had it?

Interesting looking machine! Only thing I see (maybe?) that is very odd is the case height. It is me or is it extremely short? That and the external chiller reservoir requirements. Would be nice to have that internal! :) Looking forward to your next video on this machine.
It is short, not you. Don’t think I have seen one with the water internal but that would be super cool!
Bigger models come with an internal chiller.
Make sure if you order this from Monport be sure they have the item in stock. I ordered the 60W autofocus 2 weeks ago. They emailed me on 8 September saying the laser was out of stock and it would take over a month for it to be available. I was very upset and cancelled the order. Not very good customer service!!!!

I got one a bit over a month ago and I am just now setting it up and I found the gantry to be out of square, anyone know the best way to square it up?
My 80W was the same thing. I started over and went through everything. Laser wasn't square gantry was off mirrors were dirty. Check everything and once dialed in its golden. I would strongly recommend getting a quality laser tube and power supply after about a year or so. The use B grade tubes like all the entry guys do. Spend the time and do a few upgrades and these can be a beast

I figured out the gantry alignment, for anyone interested, at the back left corner there's a motor, you loosen the coupling on the right side of the rod connecting the motor to the right side rail. Then use a square and align it.
