FIXING JBL REFLECT FLOW - Left ear piece not working (how to)

- This video explains how to fix the left ear piece of the JBL REFLECT FLOW wireless earbuds not working.
Make sure to disable the bluetooth feature of your smartphone while attempting this fix!
First turn off both ear pieces, by pressing their buttons for 8 seconds.
Now turn on the left ear piece by pressing it's button for 5 seconds.
Then press the button 3 times quickly. The ear piece should now blink in blue and white.
If this is the case, now turn on the right ear piece by also pressing it's button for 5 seconds and then press the button 3 times.
After a few seconds the two ear pieces should now be connected and you can hear audio on both sides after connecting them to your smartphone.

Hi may I ask is it necessary to always power off the earbuds when not in use? Like after I used it and wanted to put it in the case do I always need to power it off?

Hi may I ask is it necessary to power off the earbuds when I'm not in use? Like when I us finished and wanted to put it back into the case do I have to power off the earbuds everytime?

I stopped listening to music for like 20 minutes and then the left one just wouldn’t work i thought it wasn’t charged at first but then saw it blinking normally and after a bit i searched for this thanks a lot man :D

thank you, this solved my issue...had unpaired it accidentally on my phone, then phone couldn't find them again..once the left was reset using your method, it was able to be found and paired again

Omg. I was so annoyed at the gym because I had this exact problem, and now I am at home, peacefully clicking on the video and getting the earbuds out of their case, and boom, they are both working again and playing the sound of your video (bluetooth is always on on my phone) I do not know how your magic works, but it does haha.
OMG you literally saved me, I have been treating them so well have gotten them like half a year ago and suddenly the left one was quieter and I dont have the receipt anymore and I was literally crying inside, but the startup sound was loud on both sides so I really didnt know what to do. Thanks to your video theyre both working equally again!!
I think the problem is when youre using only the right one and they dont really sync again when you use both.

I lost connection to the left and had no idea about the triple button press to enter sync . Worked on the first try .
P. S. The edit when you pause in describing the behavior of the left light, I think the word you need is "pulsing" blue to indicate the left is re-paired .

This video is great. I actually found that just pressing the left side 3 times quickly, and then the right side 3 times was actually enough for them to find each other again. The method you recommend is much more thorough though.

How come my left one kept flashing red and blue and my right one started blinking just blue instead of the other way around?
