is it poss to adjust the volume with the ear phones? l used the app , and its the left ear bud, tap once to increase volume and twice to decrease, but it dont make any difference to volume :( please help
Yeh i just went back to the store and gave them back, it blowed my right ear lobe out.. But i must Say Audio Q: 8.5 Bass :1000/10 Volume : 10/10 Comfort : 3/10
Point of warning: the AA/ANC turns on automatically EVERY TIME you start using the headphones. It's "a feature not a bug". One that's not advertised or that anyone wants. I hate turning it off every time and now I hate using them altogether. Waste of money. Firmware 4.2.

Hi, it should not make a difference if the case is open or closed. In case your earbuds are still under warranty, I’d contact JBL service for a replacement.

yesterday during a heavy rain, my umbrella didn't cover the back pocket of my backpack where my earphones and it's case were inside in, so it ended up becoming wet. I wiped the water with my shirt once I got shelter, and I tried them on again to see if the earphones still worked. And it did! However, the next day (today), the case and the earphones were completely dead despite it being charged the day before, with the lights (of the earphones and the case) not turning on at all, and I can't connect them anymore through Bluetooth. What should I do in this case???
Need help, right ear bud not showing the blue light nor the alternating lights as well. Have had them a month now. Only used them once to pair worked fine. Went to use them a week later right ear bud not doing anything. The charging case/app detects them and shows battery life but does not work out of the case. Any advice?

That doesn’t sound normal. They should turn off after an hour max. This may be an indication that the battery of one of the earbuds is defective. I’d contact JBL for a replacement.

I’d wait. You won’t regret it. The Live300 are not bad, but these are my favorite earbuds so far. Also with the Live300 it is not possible to use the left earbud by itself.

I don’t believe so. I ended up configuring my earbuds to never power off, so I do not end up in this situation. You can do that with the JBL headphones app.

Does it give odd noise? See if the ANC is on. Turn it off. (Also, ANC turns on automatically every time you start using the phones, by design, says JBL. Not a goo d idea.)
Hi, in my region the Live Free are not available, so I have never tried them. But it seems to me like both models are very similar. The only difference that I see is the ear wings on the Reflect Mini. I expect them to provide a better grip so they will not fall out as easily during workouts.
I have this product from Amazon , but there's a volume issue on the earbuds after a month of used , the volume of the right bud suddenly became low, and will not back to normal, I'm so disappointed 😥
Did you try a factory reset? Some with the same issue reported that this fixed the issue. Personally I have not had this problem, so I’m not sure if the reset fixes it.

Got these, good ANC, but my left earbud the battery gets drained at night according due the installed JBL app, when charged at 100% the left one loses its charge during time when not in use. When i use them after 12h in the case, the left earbud is only 72 or 69% charged while the right one is 100%, after closing the case back for 30 min or so, the left one is back at 100%. Strange, is it a bug? i did the firmware upgrade.

I’ve tested the Ambient Sound Controls and Smart Audio Modes on two different devices. Both settings were transferred to the other phone with the earbuds.
@MegaSafetyFirst Thanks so much for testing this! Hopefully this will mean as well that the settings will not change when pairing it with a Garmin sportswatch. So firstly connect to a phone with the app installed, tune/tweak it to your liking, set and forget.

The magnets feel pretty strong and hold the earbuds well in the case. I noticed that you really need to make sure the buds sit in the molds correctly though. I’ve had it a few times where at least one was not sitting right. The bud did not shut off and did not charge. I think it’s a problem with the ear wing getting caught on something.

@@joshleonard8947 ok so I may have a solution. Itz worked but I think it has to do with connection of the buds in the case. So put the ear buds in the case. Fully charge the case and the buds. 100% this is key. Disconnect your blue tooth on your phone. Delete or forget that bluetooth saved on your phone. Now 2ith the buds in the case hold the reset button on the back of the case. For 5 seconds. Now when taking the earbuds out on the right ear bud (with it in your ear ) touch the bud with a 1 tab and then a 2nd time. 9n the 2nd time hold down till it gives the chime of bluetooth searching. Now connect your phone. I hope this works

i've had 2 pair with issues. anyone know how to fix volume balance? The right volume is far lower than the left...I've already cleaned them, but they are brand new, so they weren't dirty.

Only way that I found is to disable the 'auto-offf' feature.
Other than that I don't think there is a way to turn them back on without the case.

Is there way to prevent charging when the buds are in the case? Because charging from %80 to %100 is bad for the overall battery health.

That sound like a bad battery. I’d suggest getting a replacement while it is still under warranty.

At least for JBLs I don’t know of any TWS model that is capable of connecting to two devices. Not even their top model.
