Is it just me ? The bedrooms seem small and the asking price seems large. Maybe coming from S.A. Tx. There is a disconnect compared to 2.5 mil here. It’s nice and on the golf course, having said that 20 years old it’s not bad. I’ve looked at too many Golden Oaks videos.
Hi Jae, thanks for your comment! You're absolutely right - it's hard to be impressed after visiting the Disney homes in Golden Oak. However, if we picked up this home on the same lot in Celebration and moved it to Golden Oak, the price would literally be over three times more and it would sell in a week!

Yes you're right. The home is mostly all original inside although if it was all newly remodeled, it would definitely sell fast and for more. Most buyers are not willing to do the work and prefer a move in ready home fully updated.
