One of the most luxurious homes within Walt Disney's Golden Oak development, this home feels like a piece of old Europe right within Florida. The bright white exterior and courtyard design really make you feel as if you are in your own palace in Spain or Morocco. The tile-work touches throughout the home mixed with the use of hard stones & natural materials also give this home a warm artistic flare.

Beth Wade It’s not clear at all, actually. This could have been a home built on spec and the designer could have created an Irish bar. Gees.
Parts of this home remind me of Adventureland and Pirates of the Caribbean. Beautiful!
Really nice home. The layout with the courtyard is a nice touch for opening the space up to nature and airflow. The overall layout looks safe, no strange ideas incorporated. The interior decorating and choice of cabinetry, flooring, and color schemes is the only thing someone may want to change. Well done.

We invite them in for tea & snacks during the holidays and they leave us alone the rest of the year! 😂 💕
Alligators were actually band from disney because they put real alligators on a water ride and it killed a kid so they have got rid of everything having to do with alligators

The price of this house ?
2.5 Million, I'd wager.
5+ million at least they have a web site that list the houses available the smallest start at 2.7 million. This ain't that .then there's the HOA fees 26 thousand a year then the maintenance fee 6 thousand a year , then theirs some club you have to join and suspiciously i can't find a price on dues for that .
With that size lot and home, I’d bet you’re well into 6.5MM territory.
