Nice job touring this beautiful home. I appreciate you taking the time to hit the details and features, although I do have a suggestion. I noticed you have your shoes off in this house. I’m always impressed when agents remove their shoes at the door when showing a listing. It’s just an added level of courtesy and respect that shows courtesy to the owners and potential buyers. I recommend you adopt this shoes off practice in all the homes you tour.
Amazing how much it has changed. We used to live on east lawn. Spring park is still the same. Would love to see the snow days there. Lake Nona has a similar Christmas event. We moved out of celebration five years ago. The high school was getting bad.
Love these tour videos ♥️ Tried to buy in Celebration earlier this year (THAT market) and it was a bun fight for all 4 properties. Didn't get one 😟 It was brutal.

I just looked at this home last weekend, the exterior is in need of much work
Looks like both homes are vacant. My guess is prices on both will have to drop unless the owners like paying for a vacant property every month.
Would love to live here, I know there are cons but so cute 🥰 cheaper version of Golden Oaks 😊
