Mr. E Tribute

A good villain but he wasn't a big part of the storyline. One of the original concepts about his identity was that he is Echo Zane, it would've been more interesting, but it was scrapped because it would change the focus of the season too much (the Sons of Garmadon) you can probably keep that as your headcanon, even if it was scrapped
