I don't have body odour problem in my armpit, but somehow my cloth are always smelly. I get worse when I've a shirt from my father or uncle. At least, I didn't have to spend more money for deodorant.
In my case, my foot and armpits used to smell terrible when I first experienced puberty. However, I noticed that it eventually disappeared when I started taking care of my body such as taking a bath 1-2 times a day. I never used deodorants or any other chemicals that nullifies armpit odors so I really have no idea why the smell suddenly disappeared. But whatever the reason my foot and armpit doesn't smell, I am grateful for it. I mean I live in the Philippines and i am very much convinced that we only have two seasons; summer and summer premium. Scorching heat from the sun is a daily occurrence, making people here susceptible to excessive sweating everyday. I can't imagine the struggle of those who live in environments like this and suffer from terrible body odor at the same time no matter how much they take care of themselves.
Again, it depends on the person itself. Once I had a partner who doesn't have any body odors, and trust me I smelled it like many times and no matter how many sweats my partner's produced, no odor whatsoever, so, yeah, those lucky people :D
I always take shower 2 times a day and use deodorant and eat healthy food. But why do i have smelly armpits?? It gives me stress for years and everyday i confront people with this fear that they would say things like "whats this smell" "it stinks", ....
I'm Asian. I once had a white roommate. Great guy, he was awesome. But it was my first time living with non-asian and I did not know how severe this can be. Needless to say, the smell of him changed my view on life. I don't know if I can live with non-asians again.. LOL. Edit: I'm referring to East Asia.
JtheKproduction That guy just needed to spend more time in soap & water & use an effective deodorant (not those new high perfume deodorants for men, they can be nauseating), sometimes a morning & evening shower can be relaxing & refreshing & very welcoming in a new advanced society. Don't torture people around with insufficient hygiene habits.
My oldest son, at about 13 years old, developed a bad case of BO. I spoke with a doctor friend of mine and he informed me that the most effective method for eliminating BO, for most people, was to shave, and keep shaved the underarms and the private parts. I passed this on to my son and he followed the advice. After he did this, about 90% of the body odor disappeared. And he started showering twice a day, and the problem was solved. He has maintained this practice and is now 37. The thing was, he didn't know he had BO, but others did. This happened in the summer time and I was glad that the issue was resolved before school started up again. If you know someone who has this problem, chances are they don't know it choose to ignore it, which doesn't help them or their standing. You must get with the individual and in some way, bring it up gently. You need to approach it as something they have, not something they do. It is not someone's fault if they have BO, but they need to know. I approached my son by starting off talking about how some people have physical problems, like crooked teeth or acne. I asked him if somebody had crooked teeth, was it the fault of the person? He said of course not. And then I said if somebody had crooked teeth, but didn't know they had crooked teeth, shouldn't somebody tell them? He agreed. And I asked him if someone could tell the person with crooked teeth how to get his teeth straightened, shouldn't they pass on that information? He agreed. I asked him would the person with crooked teeth rather know about the crooked teeth and how to fix the crooked teeth or not know? You see where this was heading. My point was my son never resented me for not only letting him know, he also appreciated that I was able to offer a solution. He was glad that I brought this to his attention. If you know someone who has this problem, please talk to them about it, in a kind way.
We Asians have no filter we just say what family needs to hear. I have no BO but my sisters and mother have and when they stink I tell them the truth and tell them to shower enough 😂
My God!, I have really suffered from public embarrassment every blessed day in School, inside the Bus and even in church, embarrassment and shame I got all days long just because I had a Chronic bad breath & Body odor. Fun fact: The mutated gene (ABCC11 gene) that eliminates body odour, commonly found in East Asians, is also associated with how wet or dry their earwax is. People with the mutated gene most probably have dry earwax, meaning that those with wet earwax most probably produce body odour.
I have so much dry earwax now I understand why I stink rarely (maybe once in a month?) YAYYAYAYAYYAHSHAJJSJAJSJNDJEJEJIWISKKXKSOOSOSKJDIWIOWOWLSOKSKSKSIOSOAOWO
let me help you out a little bit, i am the most stinky person in this world if i dont bath everyday i smell like a dead person, i can wash my armpit for hours with soap and get out of the shower and still have the same smell, i have tried all the products of the drugstore without any luck, but the thing that eliminates the odor completly its cheap and extremely effective, is just sodium bicarbonate with lemon, just put a little pile of sodium and cut a lemon in half and dip it in the sodium and then aply to the arm pit, after you have some of that bicarbonate squeeze the lemon and leave ir for like 10mins then shower, you wont smell bad 100% guaranteed (sry for my bad english, hope some1 can understand and change his life, its a fking life changing experience)
Agreed. At a certain age no deodorant ever helped me. It took me many years before I found that just sodium bicarbonate eliminated my odour each time I apply it. I wet the powder with a pinch of water and then apply it. My skin is sensitive so I can't put too much, but as long as it covers the area the BO smell is not present. Thank God for this amazing elixir!!
For people like me who suffers from bad body smell no matter how clean we are....i wish there was a specialist out there who cared about our problems and actually had praise reports of people being cured from this monstrosity. Plenty of people talk about you but no one to be found who can actually help with our personal needs. They say garlic and onions are healthy for your immune system yet I should stay away because it will make my body smell..that sucks also because I love onion, garlic, spices. Etc.
plugging your glands with deodorant is just a mask. Garlic and onion aren't that healthy as people make them out to be and yet you can use alternatives for the immune system - like lemon and ginger! That's what I do! I always am ill when I eat alliums. Cleanliness starts from the inside. If you want to eliminate body odor, eat high chlorophyll foods - like cilantro and parsley - as they're alkaline, thus neutralizing all those proteins and fats that're acids.
Yes the last part is true. I smelled my father clothes when I was younger and it didn't really smell bad entirely it was like my brain identified it as his unique smell. My brain actually was attached to it

I feel like non-smelly people will never understand the utter FEAR that comes with having BO. Even after just showering and getting on the train in the morning I could tell I still smelled but there was nothing I could do.
dude.. i know the feeling.. but im sure u can do about it.. here's what i did in two weeks almost zero smell.. after shower/bath apply a good amount of anti-pespirant.. (also if u have armpits hair try trimming it so the anti-pespirant will stick to the skin not on the hair) apply one after shower/ lunch / afternoon and lastly the most important before going to bed apply again then repeat it everyday for two weeks.. that what i did and i can't barely smell any BO..
@@heizezeir1662 Hm I wonder why that works. I don't have antiperspirant - only natural deodorant that contains sodium bicarb. I'm guessing that will work too so I'll give it a try. Thank you!!
I’ve been battling pit smells since puberty 🥺 I use antiperspirant deodorant when I go out but when I’m at home I just allow my pits the freedom to smell. I tried almost every deodorant nothing worked for long however dove seems to be working. Update I noticed the Crystal mineral deodorant is great and it helps my smell while still allowing my pits to sweat naturally.
Hi Juliana, th-cam.com/video/BgWpyV1-bhY/w-d-xo.html this is the most efficient solution so far with armpit odor I found. Having the same armpit odor problem, I accidentally found this solution very effective and far more superior than the available deodorants.
Hey! Try taking Chlorophyll (capsule, liquid). It helps get rid of body odor internally. Also, gently exfoliate your armpits with baking soda and lemon 🍋 for 2-3 mins. Use a little bit of baking soda, tea tree oil, & vinegar to create a paste you can leave on for overnight use. You can also buy antibacterial soaps like Dettol or Dial. Change your diet and consume less meat, diary and drink at least 1 gallon of water a day. You might want to try using Lume or Each & Every deodorant! Hope that helps yuh 😊
It's a very shy moment when you smell worse while in class(mostly in case if you're an high school student) you will understand what and how the other buddies makes us shame by taking advantage on these things which we have no control over😭
my g.f used love smelling my pits from time to time.she would say it smells like chicken..i used think it was a fetish but now im thinking i actually eat way too much chicken.
I have to admit I was shocked the first time I went to Europe because of the smell people have during summer. I am from South America (Colombia), People here have body odor but the use of deodorant and antiperspirant is an everyday thing for us to use. It is not common to feel those smells in the people surrounding us. I suppose the Diet and the difference between cultures have an impact on it.
Native guy from Canada here, as a result of us being a large percentage of (East) Asian (from about 20,000 years ago), I also have the gene variant that produces lack of odour. This same gene also produces dry earwax which I also have. Growing up I noticed that my white friends all used 'deodorant' so I assumed I needed it too and bought some, stopped using it though once I realized I produce no real body odour when I sweat. So, this variant must be at least 20,000 years old or so.
I was always confused about the earwax thing. My earwax is dry and I was always confused to as why it was called wax. I think I read about a guy who tried making a candle out of it and I was so confused how they’d be able to do that lol.
Lemon juice acts as a great antiseptic, getting rid of odour-causing bacteria. You could rub the juice from one half of a lemon on your underarms or, if you have sensitive skin, dilute it in water beforehand.
Bibek Sunar According to my grandma. Going outside with wet hair, eating ice cream in the cold, or not covering your head When it snows is gonna practically kill you
carpo719 Yes, having cold food items can increase your chances of suffering from sore throat. This happens because cold foods cause congestion of the respiratory mucosa. Respiratory mucosa is a protective layer covering the respiratory lining or tissue, which acts as defense mechanism against infections. When this mucosa gets congested (or shrinks) it exposes the respiratory lining to possible infectious agents, making it easier for viruses and bacteria to attack it and cause infections leading to a sore throat.
Bibek Sunar And this is the main point - it makes it more likely, it doesn’t cause any infections by itself. Yes there are always bacteria and viruses on and in us that act passively as long as our immune system is working right. However to catch a cold you usually need a specific amount of a bacteria type. It can be summarized that cold does not make you sick - being cold and having contact to other humans does make an infection more likely.
I used to shower every day with aleppo soap to remove underarm smell, but it would work only temporarily and I'd just smell again the next day. So I tried shaving underarm hair and it did help a lot in eliminating body odor. However, after reading James Hamblin's , I neither shave nor shower and I never smell unless I'm sick or lack exercise. It seems that the microbiomes on my skin rebalance and adjust themselves without my having to clean or moisturize.
alonso cadena Eat primarily a plant based diet like vegetables, fruits, grains. In general, diversify your diet with food of from all food groups besides meat. Food and diet is a complex and broad subject. You are 16, so if I had the opportunity to give my 16 year-old self advice, I would say eat healthier, less processed foods. Eat whole foods, learn to cook for yourself, regularly exercise and try to find time for yourself and a hobby to de-stress. Balance your body, mind, and soul. In affect, your hormones will balance from making good health choices.
Everything begins in the gut. If your bad bacteria in your gut is over populating the good bacteria then you have a tma over load and it is distributed either through your sweat, breath, or other bodily excretion. So I suggest anyone who has these issues start making homemade kefir which is very powerful, over 50 strains of good bacteria, for every cup of it contains over 2 trillion cfu of probiotics. This Is just advice. Have a great day.
One way to totally eliminate body odor for 12 hours or so is to spend about an hour in a chlorinated swimming pool. Also, if you ever start getting a weird/different body odor, an hour in a chlorinated swimming pool may fix it by killing off whatever bacteria is causing it, after which the "normal" bacteria will repopulate.
Well I have had similar experience like this too. I met my online ex-boyfriend after months of texts and calls . And on the day I met him i could smell the body odour which was kinda turn off for me but eventually spending time with him for a week I saw how hygienic he was, used to shower twice a day I couldn’t care more and I don’t judge him or the others now it’s just how the body works for them.
I've tried this product I bought in Philippines called Tawas Powder and it works wonderfully!! It's like putting moistened salt to ur armpits and it leaves your armpits odourless the whole day!! Although when u wash it off, you'll go back to normal. It really saved me for these past few weeks coz I had 2 tubs of it but it ran out. Now sadly can't even buy it coz of cORONA 😭
'body odor can be more intense when you're nervous' i literally just started a job, 3 weeks of 'skooling' and every day i'm good. since i started being on the field actually working, i smell sooo bad every day. i hate it so much, embarrassed to get within a few meters from anybody and the worst part, i don't think i'll ever not be nervous at that job :(
2:53 I'm east asian living in a western country and it really took me a while to understand why deodorant is a thing here. Never thought about the fact that most east asians I know have no strong natural body odor is a genetic thing. The things you learn.
Hi everyone, I made my own deodorant a week ago and my deodorant is amazing, I previously used commercial deodorant products and it didn't work and it made my armpits itchy , here I want to tell you what ingredients That's all I need, arrowroot powder, coconut oil, beeswax, shea butter, bentonite clay, and some drops of essential oil, I'm very sensitive to baking soda and it makes my underarms darker so I don't add baking soda anymore, this deodorant is really amazing for me , I don't have a bad odor all day long as long as I wear this every day, I have the desire to sell my own products haha, I hope this information helps you guys
I agree on the last part that some body odor attracts people in some way. When I get near someone even though they're all sweaty, I still find them smell good in their natural scent.
I smell too much while I sweat, on the other hand my mother doesn't, her body reflects a fresh vibe when she sweats... So I've got the odor gene from my father and now this body odour is one of my biggest insecurities. 😑😑😑😑 I'm pissed off 😑😑😑
I think what you eat have great effect on how you smell. I have a friend who drinks flower tea every day, doesnt use deodoranr, and she smells just like a flower. The more she sweats the better she smells, super weird right 😂😂😂😂 and it's not just me who think so, every one who encounters her says the same thing. Another thing, I lived in Shanghai for a month and something about that place distorted my usual odor 😂😂😂😂 since week 2 I smelled kinda sweet without using deodorant and after returning to my usual habitat, i was able to live without deodorant for another 2 weeks before the usual odor came back~~~
I didn't have armpit odour before I was 18 but after turning 18 I started having body odour. My daily routine didn't change much. Shower in the morning and night But I guess I am unlucky.. Despite all the ways to keep myself extra clean. I am still suffering from smelly armpit for 3years and half now
It’s important to know that TMAU and other conditions, diseases and metabolic disorders that cause body and that sometimes smells aren’t caused by lack of showers.
If your deodorant isn’t working well, try Play Pits-they reformulated a lot of their deodorants, and the one I use called ‘Queen’ works better than any deodorant I have ever tried. The baking soda free 'Love' formula doesn't work well for me. There are deodorant options for adults and children. You can use _smellgood_ to get 15% off of your first order.

I found that avoiding wheat based food products will greatly reduce my body odor. I also don’t eat man made vegetable oils high in omega 6 oils and I try to avoid foods high in sugar. The glands that produce the oils that feed the bad bacteria are supplied from foods you eat. It would be interesting to study how the standard western diet affects your body odor along with how it is affecting the obesity epidemic?
Okay, sugar is obvious. Wheat based products, right? So rye, buckwheat and groat are ok? Also, about the man made vegetable oils high in omega 6. Which are those? Or should I just eliminate broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, spinach, corn and potatoes from my diet altogether? Anything else, like onions, garlic?
I was starting to stink and I just couldn't figure it out because I'm pretty meticulous about my hygiene. I found the easiest solution to combat to my stink glands; I change my deodorant to a new brand every 6 months and presto, no more stink bomb. If you stays on the same deodorant for too long the bacteria become resistant to the chemicals that are trying to kill the little buggers. Try my little technique, you owe it to yourself and your friends... that's if you still have any left. Ciao
I came back home one day after college and my house smelled like something had died. It was so bad I almost puked. My dad had called a plumber over hours before and he was the source of the smell. The floor felt weird even after my mum had mopped the floor and she said the smell was 10x worse when he was here
Eh why do we need to secrete proteins and fats tho? I thought the most important purpose of sweating was to cool the body, and organic compounds are terrible at that. It seems to me that the only reason to have glands that excrete proteins is to deliberately send chemical messages to other people, which in this case seems to be telling everyone to stay away. How is that helpful? Also, don't women find the BO of genetically diverse men to be attractive?
I’ve done a good bit of long distance hiking, the other hikers and myself smelled HORRIBLE! But we instantly formed a bond when we met other smelly hikers. It was an interesting time in my life.

I remember the very first time I went outside of China and to the US for my education. My roommate who was an American laughed at me for not knowing what a deodorant was. Well turns out it's because we don't need it lol. Who's laughing now, buddy? xD
1000%. It’s all about diet. Go easy on the garlic, onions, and curry. I avoid these like plague. Also anything protein is responsible for most of the smell.
My grandmother who was Chinese never wore deodorant and I used to be amazed by that because she also didn't have a smell (she also never had to shave her legs for some reason). I later on discovered that I too have that gene variant that doesn't require me to use deodorant. As a teen I used deodorant because I thought you just had too but then after forgetting to put some on and going the whole day without smelling I wondered if I even needed it to begin with. So I experimented and it turns out I don't need it. Lol
@@nasseryousif1222 My (Chinese) wife also has no body odor and no visible leg hair. Both are pretty convenient - no need for deodorant and no leg shaving.
Part of it is intrinsic. Rotten food smells bad because if you eat it you will get sick and that is the purpose of your sense of smell. Part of it is learned. Body odors aren't naturally bad the way rotten food is, but they can resemble smells that are, or lack of familiarity with it will make it jarring and thus off-putting, or it can be too strong (body odor standing around vs body odor after running a marathon. Big difference).
Mostly due to high Testaterone or Estrogen level. They are so powerful we overlook that soneone smells like a corpse, but we so badly want to sleep with them.
You can apply neem turmaric paste or lemon juice mix with water on armpit to prevent body odour lemon can be harmful if use regularly but neem paste is fine and it actually works if anyone is suffering from body odour can give this remedy a try.
....or get miradry treatment and forget about armpit sweat & odor for lifetime! Non surgical & FDA approved btw! The ONLY permanent treatment in the world! Life changing for me! tc
I tried using the baking soda and lemon/water remedy for smelly armpits when I was in 9th grade and although it initially worked for me, my armpits darkened so much that it also damaged my skin a LOT, to a point where they were bruising. I suffered a lot of self-esteem issues because of that, and the odor eventually came back too :( to this day i still have sweaty and smelly underarms and i don't wanna live my life like this anymore... i hope someone could just magically make this problem disappear instantly :(
If it is that bad to make your life miserable you might try botox. They only use a little it doesn't change the look of your pits it just stops the glands from sweating.
You need miradry treatment dude! That is the ONLY permanent non surgical & fda approved treatment for this problem in the world! Try searching it in your country as it is available in about 66 countries globally now! Tc
According to my genomic sequencing, I have the wet ear wax ABCC11 variant and once had body odor as expected, requiring use of deodorants. It took about 3 months for an adjustment to finally take place, but when I stopped washing my body with soap or any cleaner for that matter, the body odor went away (along with some other positive changes) and never recurred. Washing the underarms for instance with soap destroys the microbiome balance. If I get excited or concerned now, typical body odor returns for a few minutes and then goes away. As for general hygiene, you mindfully need not too much and not too little. I'm on automatic with help from my friendly microbiome and most (but not all) others are on manual, with a huge cost of resources and time due to misguided social conventions.
i wash my armpits with soap too and nowadays even tho i use deodorant, i'm concerned about the way i smell. it's like a.. sour smell i guess? idk how to describe it or im just overthinking. anyway how do you clean your underarms then? i'd love to know. :)
@@raesheila7499 It's very easy. I never clean my arm pits in any way, and they never smell. Soap destroys the microbiome. It took 2 or 3 months to interval "train" the microbiome, going longer and longer periods without washing. When I got to full month without BO, I knew I had arrived and stopped the training. Similarly, my feet and hair never smell bad after such microbiome training. People might just take my notion and suddenly stop washing their underarms with smelly results and say I'm dead wrong. However, what they miss is the necessary interval microbiome training for a couple of months. I can't stop washing my long hair in the same way because it looks so bad if I do that. So a compromise was necessary with the hair. If there's such a thing as human pheromones, I radiate them like crazy for whatever that's worth.
@@openmystic163Oh ok so I just have to give myself time where I don't wash and use just water? Thanks for the information. I noticed flaking on my scalp greatly reduced and even stopped when I stopped using shampoo or other hair products. My scalp wasn't dry either, it created oil on its own. So I guess I already figured it out for hair with the help of another person on TH-cam.
That kind of body odor can be easily resolved with sulfur/peptides combination and is perfect for people who also have dandruff. Skinlyte has a soap that is loaded not only with collagen but also keratin peptides. It is called Hair & Whole Body Bar. It is fast absorbed because it has an enhanced binding enhancement technology which produces a water molecule that hydrates skin and hair. It repairs, rebuilds and strengthens hair and skin. I got it at Amazon and I am impressed with new benefits I discover every time I use it. I noticed many improvements in my hair, skin and nails. What I like best about it is that it's all natural and without harmful chemicals such as synthetic dyes, fragrance, SLS or preservatives.
If you wear the same clothes again after showering, does that speed up the return of body odour? Or doesn't it work that way because the bacteria are mostly on your skin, not in your clothes?
Ladies, I’m wondering if any of you experience what I experience? I never smell during normal days, not even when I sweat. So my whole life I never needed a deodorant. But when it’s only a few days before my period, I notice I have BO :/ What genetic is that then? The regular one or abcc11?
I experience that as well, i think its because our hormones are heightened during that time of the month. I’ve found that alum stone with water works wonders! Hope it helps :)
Me: Who always uses rubbing alcohol on my armpit. (It helps a lot, but sometimes it may cause an odor it depends on the rubbing alcohol you use.’ Note: Just don’t apply rubbing alcohol after shaving your armpit because it might cause stinging. :) Edit: Use rubbing alcohol twice a day, morning and evening.
Apple cider, baking soda and water, lemon or lime, henna powder and lime or lemon when taking shower… try these home remedies if you’re having this issue! And don’t be ashamed of yourself this is completely normal!
My body smelled yesterday because of the clothes I was wearing and got really offended with two of my seatmates because they were talking and laughing at me. I'm aware though it's just that were in the middle of the class that's why i can't go out and change clothes. I mean they could have talk to me properly rather than telling it to all of their friends
@@namrita07 I hope it does for you! I dealt with pit sweat & odor problem since I was 11 & by the time I hit 21 it only got so much worse that I had stopped stepping out of home. I am Asian and can confirm that we don't make that kind of smell. I was astounded when I first smelled body odor. It was in high school when I moved to the States. I had no idea that humans were capable of producing that kind of stench.
Well, I’m one of those people whose armpit is very smelly without deodorant. When I’m going out, deodorant is a must. But when I’m home, I let my armpit as it is. I don’t think it’s good to have the armpit pores “blocked” 24/7.
Yeah, I think you need to let them breathe but you should sometimes use deodorant when u are at home. To make sure u are not using too much and keeping it "blocked" all the time use an exfoliant.
it's interesting that not even this video mentions the obvious conclusion that even I came to. Denature the fats and protiens as well as eliminate the bacteria with isopropylene 70%. I also mix in the mini sprayer a few drops of rose essential oil. Smells amazing within 10 seconds and keeps it at bay.
Everytime I sprayed deodorant on my armpit I dreaded how these chemicals might cause some kind of cancer in the future but after watching the video I am now having a rethink about its utility and affect.
I realised that soaps containing sodium lauryl sulfate were causing my pits some serious BO. I think its because it killed the good bacteria. Now that I've switched to natural soap (or any soap without SLS), I rarely need deodorant even though I workout regularly!
I smell like ammonia every day no matter how hygienic I am. It's embarrassing and people spread rumors and laugh. It's not funny. It's quite distressing to the point of me thinking of suicide. Every time I make a medical appointment for this condition, doctors and nurses say that I don't smell and that it's something wrong either with my nose, or they'll rule-out a brain tumor or they think it's psychological. In other words they can't help me. I don’t want to suicide but this is no way to live...
Don't give up It's funny how something that was so devastating and complicated become so easy when you Trust God and believe in the Love Jesus has for you demonstrated on the Cross of Calvary❤ Just breath in and trust in the Living God and he'll lead you to a remedy that you'd never would have expected
You are amazing. DO NOT commit suicide. There are people that love you. PS. you probably don't smell and if u do atleast u have someone who smells worse than u. LIKE WORSEEE

Do you by any chance dont use deodorant or any other forms of antiperspirant when at home? Or do you use it everyday? If so, how has it been for you?

How often does he shave his underarms?
We Asians have no filter we just say what family needs to hear. I have no BO but my sisters and mother have and when they stink I tell them the truth and tell them to shower enough 😂

Fun fact: The mutated gene (ABCC11 gene) that eliminates body odour, commonly found in East Asians, is also associated with how wet or dry their earwax is. People with the mutated gene most probably have dry earwax, meaning that those with wet earwax most probably produce body odour.

Agreed. At a certain age no deodorant ever helped me. It took me many years before I found that just sodium bicarbonate eliminated my odour each time I apply it. It’s always so scary and I always feel ashamed if my body odor is really bad bc a lot of people can make fun of you bc of your body odor.

Use a little bit of baking soda, tea tree oil, & vinegar to create a paste you can leave on for overnight use. You can also buy antibacterial soaps like Dettol or Dial.

Please do a video on whether consuming cold things or experiencing cold can ever cause sickness
Bibek Sunar According to my grandma. Going outside with wet hair, eating ice cream in the cold, or not covering your head When it snows is gonna practically kill you
Yes please that's also one of my questions that needs to be answered before i die
carpo719 Yes, having cold food items can increase your chances of suffering from sore throat.
The cold doesn't make you sick, but can increase your likelihood of getting sick as viruses are able to spread more quickly

Don’t eat so much meat and dairy. Exercise and work up a good sweat. You won’t produce as much body odor.
alonso cadena Eat primarily a plant based diet like vegetables, fruits, grains.
Jane Leelavathi Very well said.
I’m a Vegan, I don’t have body odor, I sweat sometimes, but it doesn’t smell.
@alonso cadena old comment but any luck on the gluten free diet?

This is it, you hit the nail on the head.
Anything else, like onions, garlic?
seed oils cause obesity
I was starting to stink and I just couldn't figure it out because I'm pretty meticulous about my hygiene. I found the easiest solution to combat to my stink glands; I change my deodorant to a new brand every 6 months and presto, no more stink bomb. If you stays on the same deodorant for too long the bacteria become resistant to the chemicals that are trying to kill the little buggers. Try my little technique, you owe it to yourself and your friends... that's if you still have any left. Ciao

Can you guys talk about how hair removal by waxing these areas affect our bodies

I was looking for this question for 100 year
Here's a better question that always bugged me, why do we find some scents good and some bad? I mean, why do we even immediately interpret as bad?
Part of it is intrinsic. Rotten food smells bad because if you eat it you will get sick and that is the purpose of your sense of smell.
Part of it is learned. Body odors aren't naturally bad the way rotten food is, but they can resemble smells that are, or lack of familiarity with it will make it jarring and thus off-putting, or it can be too strong (body odor standing around vs body odor after running a marathon. Big difference).
Mostly due to high Testaterone or Estrogen level. They are so powerful we overlook that soneone smells like a corpse, but we so badly want to sleep with them.

I tried using the baking soda and lemon/water remedy for smelly armpits when I was in 9th grade and although it initially worked for me, my armpits darkened so much that it also damaged my skin a LOT, to a point where they were bruising. I suffered a lot of self-esteem issues because of that, and the odor eventually came back too :( to this day i still have sweaty and smelly underarms and i don't wanna live my life like this anymore... i hope someone could just magically make this problem disappear instantly :(
@@jeppe1774 yup i currently do use it, it's just that i perspire so much even if I use anti-perspirants.
If it is that bad to make your life miserable you might try botox. They only use a little it doesn't change the look of your pits it just stops the glands from sweating.
@@Gun5hip im not lying if i say they go CRAZY... im scared to try botox tho and im broke so
You need miradry treatment dude!

It depends how much stank u left in the shirt
Ladies, I’m wondering if any of you experience what I experience?
I never smell during normal days, not even when I sweat. So my whole life I never needed a deodorant. But when it’s only a few days before my period, I notice I have BO :/
What genetic is that then? The regular one or abcc11?
I experience that as well, i think its because our hormones are heightened during that time of the month. I’ve found that alum stone with water works wonders! Hope it helps :)
My sister used the antimicrobial shoe insole called PodoPhylus. Her feet don’t smell anymore!
thank you always for your very informative videos with great animations! 🤗🙌🏼

yeaaah fck me too
Me: Who always uses rubbing alcohol on my armpit. (It helps a lot, but sometimes it may cause an odor it depends on the rubbing alcohol you use.’
Note: Just don’t apply rubbing alcohol after shaving your armpit because it might cause stinging. :)
Edit: Use rubbing alcohol twice a day, morning and evening.
Apple cider, baking soda and water, lemon or lime, henna powder and lime or lemon when taking shower… try these home remedies if you’re having this issue! And don’t be ashamed of yourself this is completely normal!
Thanks for the Educational video!
We need dem facts!
Very educatonal video, not gonna lie, I didn't even know people have body odor before.
It would have been better if you told a way to cope up with the odor 😷
But thanks for the explanation 👍🏻✨

I am Asian and can confirm that we don't make that kind of smell.
I was astounded when I first smelled body odor. It was in high school when I moved to the States. I had no idea that humans were capable of producing that kind of stench.
Just east asian(china, korea, japan) Indian people and the likes(asian) smells bad

What is the difference in body odor and natural scent?
Everytime I sprayed deodorant on my armpit I dreaded how these chemicals might cause some kind of cancer in the future but after watching the video I am now having a rethink about its utility and affect.
Get miradry treatment dude! Thats the ONLY permanent solution for this problem in the world! Search if its available in your country! tc
Don't give up
It's funny how something that was so devastating and complicated become so easy when you Trust God and believe in the Love Jesus has for you demonstrated on the Cross of Calvary❤
Just breath in and trust in the Living God and he'll lead you to a remedy that you'd never would have expected
