Rather, location on opposite end of it; that is sector 86 which is being termed as New Gurgaon is far better than it.

I would like to request all the builders to build "Homes" for people instead of building such 5 star hotel type buildings.. It looks like the same office where I work.. No home feeling at all.. Only flamboyance..

I have some points i would like to communicate with you guys for improving Channel quality.
1. Try referring to some good TH-camrs like Enes Yilmazer, Ryan Serhant to see how you can story tell differently.
2. Sample good music through NCS TH-cam Channel. Your music should match with the tone of your Host.
3. Invest on camera and lenses, go for 50mm for close up movie like shots, and wide angle to shoot while presenting.
4. Try increasing your upload resolution and Fps. 2k 60 is good for that.
I will keep posting more suggestions as I see fit.

All building comes under 1.60crore
Stuffy apartment. Small bedrooms small living room. No place to accommodate even chairs ro sitting couches in bedroom. Not worth of even half the price. Disappointing !
