Suggestion: Extend the highway/interstate and create rest stops with sleeping trucks as well as some scenic views maybe? Or make a mega conference center - I’ve been insane volleyball tournaments in them and they have like 300+ court, it’s insane

Actually this is a different world! He hasn't built on his old world since he built the theme park. Everything since then is a completely new place. So he's been building in this world for about 7 months!

Does anyone have any tips on how to build a city, staying motivated, putting buildings in certain places ect. Because I have 220 worlds and 198 of them are started cities with 1 building
Start by planning. You can be inspired by seeing a massive outline of roads and want to build. Even if your builds aren’t the best at first you will improve. Also I have 496 worlds lol
