Paralympics always looks too unfair to me. There are a lot of varieties of being disabled and some people are much more abled in sports compared to others. If it could be standardized it could be better to watch.

Agreed. Everybody is calling Neeraj the first Athletics Gold of India in Olympics, an while that is impressive, Thangavelu's medal is the first Indian Olympian to win Athletics Gold in my mind.

But media rarely interview them. Since the general public had very little knowledge about the competition.

Its just a normal observation. We are all really proud of their achievement, medal or no medal. These para-athletes are competing in spite of their physical and emotional disabilities. They are amazing humans and will always be special. The observation was made as a reference to the commentator and not the athlete. We are here to celebrate his achievement and lets jut do that.
