- Roger Hodgson co-founded Supertramp in 1969 and was the driving force behind what fans call the 14 golden years of the band. He wrote, sang, and arranged the enduring rock standards that made Supertramp a worldwide phenomenon with album sales in excess of 60 million. Roger gave us timeless classics such as "Give a Little Bit," "Breakfast in America,” “Dreamer," "The Logical Song," "Take the Long Way Home," "It's Raining Again," "Fool's Overture,” “School,” and many more.

It's all worth listening to again... simply spectacular

I saw Roger perform this last night at the Albert Hall in London. It is a lovely song with perhaps more than one meaning. It was a wonderful concert. Just so uplifting. Roger is a really nice guy who has an amazing musical talent. If you ever get the chance, make sure you see him. You will always remember it.

It’s your best album saying as a poet
I saw them live in Ontario last week. This song rendered me almost-paralyzed. Hands down one of the best moments of my life. And I saw Roger Waters and Beach House live too, but this was another level for me.
As wonderful as this video is, it cannot capture how stunning this song is when Roger and the band perform it live. It reduced me to tears.

Gran interpretación de Death and a Zoo con Roger y la banda durante esta actuación en España. Esta canción es un gran tributo hacia el mundo animal. Hoy en día, no se entiende como aún se pueden cazar especies de animales de forma totalmente injustificada. Realmente, la mejor forma de ver a animales salvajes, es en su entorno salvaje y totalmente libres. Muchos estudios, demuestran que muchas de las especies animales tienen sentimientos y emociones, de forma similar a los seres humanos. Hay que seguir sensibilizando al mundo sobre todo este problema.

Guardo un recuerdo estupendo de Barcelona en Julio de 2013 cuando se produjo este concierto en los Jardines de Pedralbes, el entorno era muy bonito , una noche muy agradable y el encuentro previo con Roger en el hotel que fuè muy divertido y espontáneo ... creo que uno de los conciertos de los que mas satifecho he llegado a casa despues de todo el jaleo.

Your music is so real, I think death….we fortunately for the elephants in the logging and tourism industry now have sanctuary’s they are wonderful, they have 100 rai to wander in, and one called ton sai loves playing with a spare tyre in the water…we are constantly saving the elephants here, and the monkeys travel by trees and stay as well
