- Newly-released bodycam shows accused killer Donna Adelson being arrested moments before boarding a flight to Vietnam with a one-way ticket. Adelson said this was "a mistake" as officers took her into custody for the murder of her son-in-law Dan Markel.

So is the arresting officer the same person who was in the bump? I thought he asked “do you recognize me? From the states?” Donna says yes. Then he says “you’re under arrest for the murder of Dan Markel.”
I could be wrong on that where the CC says he asked her for her ID, which would make sense. But I also know the CC is incorrect in a couple of places where I know for certain what they’re saying but it’s displayed wrong on screen.
Can anyone help me out with the answer?

As for Wendi, i dont think we will see a trial for her unless someone gets fed up that all of this was for her and shes the one walking free. Otherwise, there isnt enough evidence against her for the state to feel confident in a conviction. The state wont take things to trial if they arent confident in a conviction, bc it wastes so much time of so many people, and costs so much money. Sadly, bc id love to see Wendi charged.

I just love knowing that a good chunk of the basis for this rushed arrest was due to the “butt-dial” jail recording that she didn’t know the authorities had. So this is double-ably as enjoyable knowing that she had no idea she’d even been recorded talking about fleeing when this arrest went down.
I WISH I could’ve been there when she heard those recordings for the first time.

The evidence against Wendi is overwhelming, she needs to be arrested as soon as Donna’s testimony is given. She had a large part in the crime. The children need to be removed from her care. They no doubt are being manipulated by Wendi and her father. Dan’s parents deserve custody. If Wendi is not arrested it's just a poor example of our justice system and the grandparents and Dan's kids themselves will continue to be victimized by Wendi keeping them apart.

When all comes down to it Wendy, their daughter, is responsible for the whole murder. If she had just done the right thing by sharing custody with her ex husband her brother and mother would never have planned to murder her ex. Way to go Wendy.

Also, he accompanied Donna, drove her there to Charlie's to give their portion of the freshly laundered money to pay the hitmen. Harvey is absolutely involved! I don't feel bad for Harvey, in my opinion his and Wendi's day in Court is coming soon!!
