Just found your channel. Zimbabwean 🇿🇼UK and watching from the UK 🇬🇧 . Amazed by the amount of views you got this is great. Never seen maguru washed nevinegar nokuiswa vinegar. Kudzidza hakuperi shuwa.
Yum. I don’t make matumbu with sadza anymore because my husband is Nigerian he doesn’t like sadza but I’ll think I’ll try your recipe and see how it goes. Thank you.
Thank you for this fantastic preparation. What a wonderful dish. But I would like to ask. The video cover shows a dish which looks crisper and with less gravy. Is it possible to prepare matumbu to a crisper finish, so it is more like fried fish, pork crackling or calamari. Also, can you deep fry matumbu? Also, can you deep fry matumbu in a batter, adding spices and garnish when you plate up and serve it with french fries? It may look great, but will it also taste delicious?
I'm Namibian 🇳🇦 we call it matangara its fire when you eat it with mahangu, planning on preparing some just now, will try your recipe with a twist. Thank you so much🙏🏾😊
Looks good but I don’t like the fact that the tripe still has all the dark inner lining of the stomach that could be removed with hot water. It’s like eating ox tongue without removing the thick coating.
Yummy, zvakatsvukira thanks for the recipe,im cooking tomorrow

Don’t use seed oils, not good for you, use butter, ghee, tallow or lard instead
Add olive oil to the list too, it's delicious and healthy. Throw out all the seed oils, they are really bad for our health.
Sorry I don't speak nigerian.
