Your commute times are way off. Trophy Club is one big traffic jam every weekday. You also fail to mention the mercury in the drinking water. Hard to take any evaluation seriously that glosses that over. Any ranking including Trophy Club is skewed since Trophy Club police sweep most crime under the rug.

In the past 5 months the home value has went up! It was at a peak but now its dropping
