Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

my bf and I baked for three hours until 1am and I shrunk everything into. 3 minute video lol
Not really a Christmas cookie but chocolate and marshmallows remind me of a cozy Christmas ^^
We made these for family and friends, they are more on the sweet side so it goes well with cold milk
and also they're kind ugly, so please understand
I'm not good at making cookies, but I tried LOL

Makes around 53 cookies
Ingredients:
480g Unsalted butter (room temperature)
880g Granulated sugar
8 whole egg (room temperature)
1280g Cake flour
200g Cocoa powder
20g baking powder
10g Salt
10g vanilla extract
Large marshmallows
Method
1. place marshmallows in the freezer. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
2. Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla extract, whisk to combine
3. Sift in cake flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until it comes together.
4. Form 55g-65g of dough into a disc, Place a frozen marshmallow inside and seal it making sure the top layer of dough is thinner. Repeat
5. Bake in the oven for about 14 minutes. Or until the cookie cracks and marshmallow has expanded to it’s Maximum capacity. Watch the marshmallow closely at 10 min mark and TAKE IT OUT BEFORE IT DEFLATES
