(insert drool here) ya'll gonna have to rig lights for your night time yo-yo fishing. Another youtuber took his 10 miles and never paddled, he was in salt water area.

Does this model have the Minn Kota spot lock?Are able to integrate the the Hummingbird Helix with the kayak and Minn Kota motor? Units look great. I am an old guy this would be perfect to fish non power boat lakes, that are near me here in PA. Can envision watching the depth finder and spent the day drop shotting. Moving slowly as if trolling from spot to spot. Old Town may have hit upon something here.

Hi Cole and Jay My name is David Gray I wanted to thank you for all your videos my wife and I have been watching for such a long time and we have loved every one of them. My wife Joy always would wake with a smile on her face and say let's see what Cole and Jay are up to today. She would shake when you would get bit by a snake and I would shutter at the spiders hahaha. Joy was a stroke victim and an amputee but every day was another adventure for my dear little wife of 49 years. She was the sweetest person you ever could meet a Sunday school teacher and helped me, Pastor, for 34 years. She went to heaven on Christmas Day 2019 and I lost the love of my life. So I wanted to thank you two for blessing our lives with a lot of happiness. She loved the outdoors and to fish with me so every time Jay caught one she felt as if she had caught one also. Keep up the good work guys and I hope your lives will be just as happy as we were. God Bless

Our kayaks don’t have livewells, but you could probably turn a cooler into one and set it somewhere in the yak. We love our Sportsman 106 powered by minn kota. They are a top of the line kayak, but worth every penny in our opinion. The non motorized versions are incredible too! Would definitely recommend old town if that was the brand you were looking in to. We greatly appreciate you watching our channel and are glad you have been enjoying the content. Have a great day!

Not sure how Arkansas is but in Louisiana anything with a motor or trolling motor has to be registered with game and fish and have registration number on it.
I went out fishing yesterday after watching this and rigged up a worm similar to the clout worm. It has been rough fishing in cold water in MA so far, but that worm did wonders and got me some great bass. Thanks for the video!

On that toad.....Loved your excitement....Just got a snowstorm of about 4" here so it looks to be a little while before the lines will be in the water for me.....Just a comment,, having motors on your crafts now ,you probably need to get them registered with DNR....and have required open craft gear on board...might want to check on that...wherever I've lived , Colo.,,/ ,,,Ne. ,, was required ....they look to be a blast and I'm sure you both will put in lots of time with them....Old Town could not have picked better Ambassadors for their product........Stay Safe and God Bless.....

Hey Cole I love this setup but can you give me an idea of how long the battery will last at say 3/4 power non-stop until the battery runs out of power or how long or far one can go on a charge?
Trolling motor batteries just operating a trolling motor generally last around 20 hours. Will have to do more testing with this one to give you a for sure answer!
Got to fish one time this year and didn't realize my trunk was ajar and someone stole all my gear and my one pole, that really sucks but it was my fault. Great video guys good to see the weather change for the good.

I’m highly intrigued by these kayaks. I’m 6’ 245. You think I need the size up? I prefer a smaller one if possible. Not in the budget at this second but I could get one by summer. They look absolutely amazing
They make the 12’ version if you want something bigger, but I’m 6’3” and built more like a giraffe than anything and I have plenty of room in it. That was something I was worried about when I learned that I would be getting a smaller kayak than I was previously in, but honestly feel like I have more room in this one than I did in my 12ft Jackson. The old town is rated to 500lbs I believe so the 106 should be fine for you! It would just be up to you if you felt like you needed the extra 1 1/2 feet! Thanks for watching!!

Couple things I thought of , You should have that kill switch hooked to you when you are moving ( If you fall out the boat it will stop the motor) . Thought # 2 , Here in North Carolina if your boat./kayak has any kind of mechanical propulsion ( motor ) it has to have registration numbers on it and also some additional safety equipment as well , You might want to check on that for your state ( tickets are expensive ) . The trolling motor goes through weeds like any other. If it gets too bogged down you just have to lift it up and remove them! Thanks for watching!!

Ours do not have spot lock, but the autopilot version definitely will connect to your birds and be perfect for what you are talking about!

I have my Frst OT on order, ordered the new 120 Autopilot in the blue as well, My other yak is the feelfree 11.5 lure in pink camo.
The autopilots are so legit! We got to check them out while we were at the Bassmaster Classic! There is a ton of space in the 12 foot boats. 👍

On that toad.....Loved your excitement....Just got a snowstorm of about 4" here so it looks to be a little while before the lines will be in the water for me.....Just a comment,, having motors on your crafts now ,you probably need to get them registered with DNR....and have required open craft gear on board...might want to check on that...wherever I've lived , Colo.,,/ ,,,Ne. ,, was required ....they look to be a blast and I'm sure you both will put in lots of time with them....Old Town could not have picked better Ambassadors for their product........Stay Safe and God Bless.....

Hey Cole I love this setup but can you give me an idea of how long the battery will last at say 3/4 power non-stop until the battery runs out of power or how long or far one can go on a charge?
Trolling motor batteries just operating a trolling motor generally last around 20 hours. Will have to do more testing with this one to give you a for sure answer!
In TN, they would have to be registered since they are powered. Check your local laws. I noticed yours are not registered yet. Nice set ups!

You need to try 6 inch broke back rapala on top water I’ve caught a lot of big bass around grass like your fishing am 60 years old and that’s a lot of fish
I’m highly intrigued by these kayaks. I’m 6’ 245. You think I need the size up? I prefer a smaller one if possible. Not in the budget at this second but I could get one by summer. They look absolutely amazing
They make the 12’ version if you want something bigger, but I’m 6’3” and built more like a giraffe than anything and I have plenty of room in it. That was something I was worried about when I learned that I would be getting a smaller kayak than I was previously in, but honestly feel like I have more room in this one than I did in my 12ft Jackson. The old town is rated to 500lbs I believe so the 106 should be fine for you! It would just be up to you if you felt like you needed the extra 1 1/2 feet! Thanks for watching!!

Tell Jay those hot dog legs made me hungry Hahahaha.. Couple things I thought of , You should have that kill switch hooked to you when you are moving ( If you fall out the boat it will stop the motor) . Thought # 2 , Here in North Carolina if your boat./kayak has any kind of mechanical propulsion ( motor ) it has to have registration numbers on it and also some additional safety equipment as well , You might want to check on that for your state ( tickets are expensive ) .
