Hi Rich, it all depends on your quantities. For example; if you are using one cup of milk powder and one cup of sugar, if you weigh these two ingredients on a scale you will realise that the sugar will weigh more than the milk powder. Hence, if you use these measurement to make your condensed milk then it can be store for even more than two weeks because sugar is a preservative but if you use more milk powder to less sugar then it cannot be store For two weeks without refrigerating. Please I hope you get it?
