- Amazing How the One Bangkok Projects grows so fast. I uploaded a video in January 2024 and now parts of the projects are ready to visit. The first buildings will open at the end of 2024. The tallest Signature Tower will open in 2029.
New Lumphini MRT station exit connects directly with the One Bangkok Project.

อีกไม่กี่ปีเมืองไทยก็จะเป็นเมืองไร้สายไฟฟ้าเหมือนประเทศที่เขาพัฒนาแล้วอย่างแน่นอน ตอนนี้ก็กำลังเอาสายไฟลงใต้ดินเป็นระยะๆทำไปแล้วหลาย100กม. ก่อนนั้นก็เข้าใจนะทำไมถึงไม่เอาสายไฟลงใต้ดิน เขาก็มีเหตุผลก่อนนั้นบ้านเราน้ำท่วมบ่อย เป็นประเทศที่มีแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยากลั้นกลาง เกิดน้ำท่วมบ่อย

I'm curious too! Why is it controversial??
I'm not sure if "controversial" is the correct word. I've never heard any controversy about the restaurant, just that it has the reputation for some of the best fried chicken in Bangkok. It's well-known for the way they top the chicken with fried garlic.
One thing I've heard people say is a bit strange is that they sell Esarn (Northeastern) food, but it's a Chinese atmosphere.
👍 Perhaps do more videos showing new developments and ready to move in apartments, whith a price range of 60-120 t baht a month? Cheers.

Yes, there are plenty of restaurants. I'm assuming you mean Sukhumvit Soi 11. Charlie Brown's Mexicana and El Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse are both on Sukhumvit Soi 19.

I’ll be getting a place at One Bangkok. I think a lot of these TH-camrs who are engaging in real estate here are about to be in for a shock fairly soon as the Dept of Labor is now turning its attention to foreigners engaging in prohibited professions such as brokerage and without work permits! They all try to create the fiction that they aren’t really doing anything but acting as finders. But that won’t fly under the broad definition of work here. Of course if you are actually employed by a Thai owned real estate company with a proper work permit you will be ok but that’s not what is going on with these TH-camrs who have discovered that featuring available homes and condos on their channels, asking you to contact them directly so they can get a fee for a referral is completely illegal here and the crackdown is coming. How do I know? My wife’s sister works for the Dept of Labor!

Is it correct that One Bangkok had a tricky issue before regarding the building permit and not being able to connect with the main road due to land owned by MRT operator? Pretty entertaining stuff, but l don’t know all the details. Can you tell us the full story in a future video pls 😊
I could be wrong, but I think you're remembering the building just north of Terminal 21.

Hi Bert, that issue was with the Ashton Asoke building next to Terminal 21.
They are bringing all the power/communication lines all around their project down underground by themselves. This shows how ineffective MEA has been in their quest of bringing down the power lines in the city area. They've spent the past 4 years digging Wireless road with nothing to show for. Absolutely pathetic.
I couldn’t believe still have plenty Slum around One Bangkok this area very contrasted rich areas and low income areas
This is a typical local area, as you will find everywhere in Bangkok.
I wouldn't call it a slum.
