Well, you did good until the HOA came up - CCMC is the worst HOA ever. They have neglected the waterfront property in another city to the point of legal action. They give residents cease & desist orders if they ask too many times when long term ongoing problems don't get fixed. They forget who pays their salary. I won't even bother looking any more at this community while this HOA is in charge; not going through that again.
Sorry you're experiencing that! They've been great in my community and others I'm familiar with in the east valley. Might have something to do with the employees in charge?
@@EscapeToArizona Any management company that sends their own customers a cease & desist for asking too many questions about the neglect of their investment deserves to have their credentials revoked. It starts with the community manager and goes up the chain - the entire team is in the gutter. Oh and cease & desist mean nothing unless signed by a judge so their legal team is playing an unethical game.
