    its a beautiful house, locked in time in the 1960s, when life was much more simpler and happier.

    What I don't get is how his former home in Dallas located at 214 West Neely Street, where the famous photo was taken, has been left abandoned. I would say that has more historical significance.

    the house would have been demolished decades ago if it was located in Los Angeles.
