Kindness is good medicine.

Nothing will benefit your life energy more than simply being kind to people. Whether they be loved ones or strangers, it is always good mojo! I had a portrait shoot day at a women's shelter yesterday that ultimately went wonderfully. But, right as it was beginning, a heartless authority figure for the building I was shooting outside of tried to ruin it. Incidentally, I have shot in that same spot for many years without ever having a problem. It was initially very upsetting of course! But, I simply shifted the set in the other direction and the show went on. That's what we have to do when someone is unkind toward us, especially a stranger. In any case, the portraits went great despite building management's petty powet trip.

Thanks for sharing, as always. My parents struggled financially in the end of life due to medical bills. They ended up dying together in a car accident, but prior to that, they were only able to make it because my brother happened to have a duplex with an available unit that he donated. We all pitched in as we could, but not everyone has these privileges.
