Life was so simple back then and Fun. Not near as many people. Just jump in the car....Do you remember those 8 tracks we had back then? LOL ! We listened to all this great music. Raw and pure.

You see as a EMT and a Orthopedic Surgical Assistant I saw a hell of a lot of carnage and death, therefore I am rated extreme with PTSD. The “Disturbed” version of “Sound of Silence “ is an anthem for those of us afflicted with PTSD. Numbers three and four are songs by the Great Neil Diamond . Number three is a toss up os three songs.

Honestly, ask yourself, where does this gift come from? Have you seen all his videos? Do you know anybody That can imitate almost every single singer to a T nearly, especially if they only speak Spanish, This is not humanly possible. here in late November 2023, sure, he has a great voice, he has the drama classes, where is the soul? Does he even know what this song means emotionally? Goes thru the motions but lacks sincerity. I felt the same after hearing the Immigrant Song.

Dan Vasc never ceases to amaze....This artist has such a range of vocalizations at his command, he can pick and chose the vocal instrument he wants to use.
Truly a singer in full mastery of a remarkable voice.
Dan is fearless. Taking on songs like this and Bohemian Rhapsody. He has basically chosen the best voices from a generation past and done a fantastic job. I am really enjoying not only his covers but his metal (and I am not a metal person). And his decision to not sell out to record labels says a lot about his character. You go, Dan!!! Today, August 20, 2024, is not an epic day for me. Listening to you sing Love me Tender made me cry. I sang it for my husband Larry 27 years ago. We didn't know that 2 years later, he would die from undiagnosed heart failure. I will always love him and miss him. I learned to never take life for granted.

But the ending is kinda not the same,you did skip that 1 high note and sang bit differently than this one, and the original. Nonetheless,im sure you can hit that high note, it is a hard one,but still you sound EPIC man!
Maybe you did it on purpose,it is your stile perhaps, but see how dan goes crazy at the ending and just blows you away, he just goes nuts and hits all of those aaaaaa mmmmmm high low high low notes..

Low tenor voice, with rock ballad, pop and Metal edge and superbly trained. Don't ruin it with smoking, drugs and booze. Like a lot of these bands. Have to say you sing these songs as good as they do. Technical master class

Sound of Silence is great. I grew up with the original S&G version but I really like the picture you paint with your voice even better. Then I saw the cover of Guns n Roses Sweet Child of Mine. Huge fan of GnR and that song in particular. Love what you did with it. Your vocal range is just over the top! Even your speaking voice is literally music to my ears. Man, I love Dan. He's breathed so much new life into so many songs I loved. Much respect, big fan of Mr. Vasc. That said, I think this one belongs to Mr. Axle Rose. Mr. Vasc is incredible in so many ways but this one is Axles. Just my opinion. Again, much respect to Mr. Vasc. I think he is amazing on so many other songs.

Ok story of the power of axl and this man...more Dan but....
I (f/56) was listening to Dans playlist when i finally fell asleep last night...(i am very chronically ill, has spent 2 glorious days with 4 of my grands who live 2 hours away. They are 4 2 and newborn twins. While recovering from that i got news my mother passed, difficult relationship, then 2 hours later we find out i have a half brother from our dad we knew nothing about and was now talking to...so needless to a freaking world wind..i needed sleep but it wasn't happening..so go into the epicness of Mr Vasc)
I wake up about an hour ago..deal with my concoction of meds that keep me here being the force of nature and God that i am..and i touch my screen and this song starts..my soon to be 16, last child, he has mild cerebral palsy, ADHD and is Autistic so he is never still or motionless. His body moves and shakes and twitches... we start talking about the song and being the music need i am take him to GNR to hear Axle so we cam geek out as only two similarly minded ones can...and as he is listening to Dan he is absolutely still but his head rhythmically swaying(?) with Axle and then Dans versions of this masterpieces ... the song and these two masters of their craft have soothed the his nervous system and he is in that Heavenly place that only Heaven itself and music can take you..only bested most times by the glory of "being with" your beloved... he is in that zone and it was an amazing thing for this momma to watch...
