Batho ba Limpopo re swana le ma Nigerians. We travel far to get education and secure good jobs then make our homes in Limpopo comfortable. But oska nyatsa the shack dwellers in big cities most are from rural areas they are just there while they accumulate money to build at home. They prefer to live there than to waste money renting flats.
Bennet Unique : please forget about Gauteng people, their shacks are much better. They have windows, yard and gate they lock. They have streets between each blocks and taps at the end of each street. They're clean most of them, their yards and streets also. At least I'm talking about where SAns lives. And remember that the largest number of shack dwellers come from outside SA eg Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Swaziland, these are the most and there are other nationals. These are most shack residents in gauteng. Otherwise SA shacks are not that much in gauteng. Here is the thing, there is no place in SA that has a city of shacks like Cape Town in SA. You here that, city of Cape Town is beautiful, they are right. You here that people are so poor and live ragged small bathroom size shacks, that's Cape Town city 3 for you. Nobody seems to care any more about CPT. Former governments, presidents tried to help CPT people to get houses. Once Eastern Cape here there is housing development. The next day they are on busses heading to the city And the next day they'll go to scrap yards and wasteland (etipini) to collect scraps, rusted zincs, rotten timber, cardboard and plastic. And within a next day, that person will be staying in that shack and anywhere. Within a week's time, that place will be buzzing with more than 50 dwellers squeezing along each other. As the houses are nearly finished, you'll hear that those dwellers' shacks are all burned down with their items saved and no one is harmed by fire. You know our journalists will be rushing there, and people will scream government didn't build them houses. And now those houses that were meant for Capetonians, who have been waiting for houses like forever, end up in the hands of Eastern Cape people, who by the way living and abundaning their homes and lands, for Cape Town city life. In E Cape villages, old people and young children are killed every day, while their children are busy taking up chances of Capetonians rights for having houses. That's why is E Cape have made Cape Town to be difficult to any progress where housing development is concerned. Three cities in Cape Town 1. first world 2 middle class Capetonians and 3. The largest city of shacks with no addresses and that make Cape Town 2 times bigger. Limpompo people are hard working people. They either rent in Gauteng, while building their big houses for families in their lands. Or they buy a house in the city as they work and their children attend school. But they work for their village homes to extremely beautiful and they are really blessed for looking up for other family members and are happy and rich. They are followed by KZN, Mpumalanga, North West folks. Yhoo I've seen those villages and are really up to standard. They drive cheap cars until their homes story is 👌complete. Jealous down,, Venda please educate other provinces to stop screaming poor poor poor. When someone believes that it's poor, it begins the process of poorness. When it's healthy in every area of its body, must only think what it has everyday to increase and expand the its taking. It will have enough to build and keep on increasing the taking until it reaches the target. Well done 4 provinces. Township people from the cities are doing their best in their little yards. They extend their houses and their children who can't afford to buy bond houses, are in the line of RDPs and competition with outsider as you no the bribery matter in cities. Love, support and embrace each other SA folks is the only way to success. City people there's no guarantee of getting any lands not even for the young folks.
