    All we need now in our villages across the country is supermarkets, filling stations, entertainment facilities, and other businesses to uplift our rural communities. My fellow Black brothers and sisters we can do it. If we can build such houses, what will stop us?

    Roads or not roads, no one on my family owes their mansions, townhouses are mostly owned by banks, people still think it's cool to live in town or township, not anymore, come home and experience peace of not paying a blouse loan for 30 years.

    • @jomothindisa5208
      @jomothindisa5208 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      ROI is subjective, spiritual & connection then long term as area grows it will happen. Your low opinion that u came to put in your minds over the year as ignorant back people which is not true. Study indicated most tourists visit limpopo. If u study development u would understand that ROI in JHB came after years when people built with the interest of staying.

      Jealous, I cannot live in a 3 bedroom house in town that I owe for the rest of my life, limpopo is developing at its pace, I want to show your my parents s mansion, built cash, no skoloto. There is no money in gauteng, money is in the platinum mines in limpopo and north west. It is not a status to live in town coz you are close to junk food restaurants, we eat hardbody and morogo, we are tough and healthy and rural people live longer average 94 years, my grandfather is 98. That is what they call slow boring rural life, unlike those who consume fats, cholesterol and salts and they get diabetes at age 30, nothing cool about town life, poor people shame.
