Lakeside Crossing is a 55+ community in Conway, South Carolina. Residents of this community enjoy low-maintenance living along with resort-style amenities, including a fitness complex and a lap pool. Lakeside Crossing homes for sale include ranch-style manufactured homes on both a new and resale basis. Close to Myrtle Beach, the convenient location puts residents a short trip from shopping, health care, and local attractions.
Residents at Lakeside Crossing have access to a selection of amenities. When in search of entertainment and dining options, homeowners can travel down Kings Highway, which is home to multiple restaurants, bars, and shops. There are also a variety of attractions in the area, including Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Promenade, Ripley's Aquarium of Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach Art Museum, and Waccatee Zoological Farm.

Members of the community who want to visit nearby metropolitan areas are in luck. The distance from Conway to Myrtle Beach is about 20 miles, granting quick access to all the city has to offer. For long-distance travel, Myrtle Beach International Airport is 20 minutes away.

I'd nominate Foxfire Retreat in North Myrtle. Not a 55+ community per se, but the majority of residents are in that age group, and I'm here to tell you they are the BEST neighbors! Everyone is happy here, and how could you NOT be, especially when you pay UNDER $125,000 for your home and UNDER $1,000 in taxes!!

Hi Thomas. Yes, in Lakeside Crossing owners are responsible for pressure washing their own home. There is a local guy who does most of the homes in there very reasonably. Law care IS included though.
