Wolf's new steam oven has a design flaw. You can not clean the interior oven top due to the heating element and the lights also cannot be cleaned. Don't buy this oven.
Try running the Steam Clean mode (or just run the Steam Mode for a while), then wipe away whatever residue might be left. Can also try activating the broiler first to burn off any debris, depending on the soil level.
