Its more of a build a cabin in the woods pack, than a get out of a ditch pack. Actually, I think it was more of a air raid / artillery bunker building kit. Dig a fox hole, chop down trees to build a roof. Rope for dragging logs. Drill and mallet to pin logs together. Interesting. It'd be nice to find a instruction book or film on its intended function.

c.f. stands for Civil Defense (the letter c in stands for civil. letter f stands for Defense in Danish. =) the part of the Armed Forces that concentrates on saving lives .
Especially like that axe, note the steel piece coming down the handle from the head, a reinforcer. needful in a toll that has to stay together during heavy work.

Record tools was known as the king of good bargain tools. I know because I sold them in the 80's. Great kit for an awesome price.
It's a Danish Civil Defence Rescue Pack based off the English Civil Defence Pack of WW2
The pick axe/shovel is a British P37 entrenching tool. The metal fixture on the bottom of the haft is for attaching a bayonet to probe for land mines
That's a civil unrest tool kit, ment to cause mayhem to occupiers and i would love to get my hands on a complete kit 😊

I really like that backpack design! Might just have to make one for myself, or buy one if I can find a deal.

Most flashlights have replacement bulbs if they are a good flashlight. In modern flashlights they are under the battery spring.
