Moist Chocolate Mug Cake - Eggless

  • * 2 1/2 Tbsp Plain White flour
    *2 Tsp Cocoa Powder
    * 1 Tbsp Custard Powder or Cornstarch
    * 3 Tbsp Sugar
    * 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
    * 4 Tbsp Milk (or almond milk)
    * 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
    * 1 Big Pinch of Salt
    * 1 Tsp of Nutella
    1) Add the flour, custard powder or cornstarch, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt to the cup. Mix well.
    2) Make a well in the centre and pour in the milk and oil. Mix until combined. Do not overtax.
    3) Add the Nutella to the centre. No need to push it in, in will sink when it cooks.
    4) Cook this cake on high in a microwave for about 60 seconds, until the top is not shiny and it's almost done. It’s ok if it appears a little but wet.
    5)*DO NOT OVERCOOK OR THE CAKE WILL TURN RUBBERY*
    5) Let it rest for 1 minute in the microwave.
    6) Remove and serve warm topped with some ice cream and shaved chocolate.
