HI Colin. A great job. It is much better than creating new holes in the interior. Juliet has asked me to change to usb lights in the van for next year. I feel another video coming on. Thanks for sharing. Phil🙂👍

Top job there Colin, perseverance paid off to get it looking good. We’ve got a few USB’s in the van however everything we have is now USB C! Wish they’d make their mind up.
    Cheers Martin

Thanks for watching, can you get a lead with USB C on one end and the other compatible with the socket? You know Tech is my strong point! 😂😂

@@colinscaravancapers7307 yeah think you can, but then I’ve got adapters hanging around. Will be cheaper though 🤔

@@colinscaravancapers7307 I was impressed you seemed to know what a diode did. That's already more knowledge than me!

Thanks for the view and comments Paul. I think it’s important to show “ warts and all” helps everyone to think their own ideas through. Best wishes 😁👍

Good job done there Colin, looks like it’s always been there plus you’ve got your socket back for the TV 👍. Cheers, Rob & Gail (Gail watched too) 😀

Hi Colin, Wouldn't it be easier just to get a usb adapter that plugs into the socket....thats what i use, and you still keep the old 12v socket if needed....helpful video thou.

Thanks for watching 12volt planets plate with fitted usb way to go for an OE look.

Surely it would have been easier just to buy a car cigarette lighter usb adaptor than can handle up to three usb outlets ?

Jeff your right it would have been easier, I like to tinker and I like things to look OEM. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment I really appreciate it. 😁👍
