What’s the name of that chocolate protein shake ? Also what’s the name of those electrolytes sachets and where did you buy them ?

The electrolytes are liquid iv, I get them from amazon. And the chocolate shake is the fairlife core power shake.

What’s compounded semiglutide?

Semaglutide is a medication that mimics the GLP-1 hormone, which is a hormone that is released in your gut as a response when you eat. It is being used in weight loss medications for people in order to feel the sensation of fullness and quiet the cravings. I take it as a compounded form, where the semaglutide is combined with vitamin B-12 to help with absorption. This version is also much cheaper.
