I didn't watch all your videos but want to tell you it's very important you clean the stopper of that vial. I don't use the medication but very experienced in giving injections. I know others are watching and excited to start the same journey. People please don't skip steps. Keep in mind the vial of medication is being handled and inserting the needle in the rubber stopper can allow bacteria to enter the vial. You need to clean the rubber top of the vial with an alcohol pad. There is a preservative in the medication but we really don't know where that medication is coming from. Best of luck to you.

02:58 🥗 Eating high protein foods, experiencing little hunger after second shot of compounded semaglutide.
03:55 📉 Eating healthy and high protein foods is important while taking compounded semaglutide as it makes the person feel full quickly and queasy at the thought of food.
04:28 📉 Lost 9.8 pounds in 2 weeks with compounded semaglutide, feeling motivated to continue weight loss journey.
05:32 💊 No negative side effects, no hunger, no headaches, and maintaining steady weight loss with compounded semaglutide.

I do not use it for appetite suppression…I have that under control. I started taking it because my metabolism isn’t functioning properly. I also excercise including strength training.

      @sbg1911 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

Okay, so it's definitely more than just appetite control ,yes? Trying to find information on that , it seems like it's not just keeping one from eating?
I asked because I fast and it's not doing anything.

    • @TheReneepruitt

@@sbg1911I fasted as well, I had a complete hysterectomy and I now am in menopause or post menopause early. I gained a lot of weight back after years of keeping weight off. It is the hormones that effect how our body reacts to the food we eat. I believe yes calories matter BUT only to an extent, I think these medications, are helping In different ways. Yes it keeps me from being hungry BUT i too hardly get hungry. But without my medication I would eat because it was time or I was bored and once I started I couldn’t stop even if I was full. Now it is different, I am still not hungry but it also takes the thoughts of food away. It does slow down the food digestion so I can’t eat more because I feel uncomfortable if it is more in the belly than I need. But also I had to go without the medicine and I ate the exact same for three weeks and I gained a couple of pounds pharmacy finally got the medicine in so the first week back in it I lost those couple pounds again.. so it has to be that the GLP1 in semaglutide and GIP in zepbound (terzipatide) is helping the body do what it is supposed to do. It is a hormone by the way. I think it is what my bodies been missing for years. Maybe I had some GLP1 and GIP but not enough to do what it needed. And keep in mind I jog, lift weights and I do some HIIT I also do Low intensity training zone 2. And that was before taking the medication and I lost nothing but my mind. Lol these medicines do work. And they are changing many lives. I don’t however know what the next 20 years is going to bring. I pray it will still be safe for the body. You know how data changes. But I think these medicines have been around for 20 yrs already so I hope it is still okay for us to continue. Because it is a good tool to use. But if u do these please try to remember eat protein, and lift weights so u don’t lose muscle. It’s important we keep muscles.

Just had my second injection today! I feel like it wore off super fast for me like day 4 I definitely crazed everything I normally do. Due to that I think I’ve only lost 1-2 lbs. it’s tough too bc last week was period week so food cravings came like crazy😂 I believe she gave me 10 units the first time and so this time I injected 15 units. I will update you with my results after this week! Subbed

Pairing this potent appetite suppressant with the Noom or Weight Watchers App to track your food intake (calories and nutrition) is essential. These calorie-counting apps also want you to track your water intake and exercise. My doctor advised me to take 2 Metamucil gummies daily with my daily vitamin and/or use Miralax in my sleepy-time tea at night as needed. Not moving your bowels will make you queasy. So diet, exercise, and moving the bowels while using this Rx should be a game changer over a few months.

I am starting the pre filled syringes for the compound Semaglutide my weight loss Dr has prescribed and a little nervous with needles, lol I was on Wegovy pens and loved that but now Insurance doesn't cover weight loss meds anymore, so I have to do the Compound, more costly but I have cardiac issues as well, so I have to try this journey. Hope all is still well with your continuing journey

I initially lost 80 lbs with diet and exercise. It wasn't easy AT ALL!!! It took me 3 hard years to lose that and I kept it off by continuing to workout 5-6 days and week, stay active and document everything that went into my mouth.
After an hysterectomy, hormone issues, joint pain and bad inflammation....I started gaining weight back and it didn't matter what I did...I couldn't get the weight off. I had never reached my ultimate goal and didn't see it ever happening. I was seeing all my hard work going down the drain and my health was becoming an issue.
So I went to the doctor and was told that I could very easily be insulin resistant. I will be taking my second shot tonight. I am on compound semaglutide with b-12.
The only thing I noticed was that about an hour or so after my first shot I got this strange surge of anxious energy. I found out later that, that was very possibly from the b-12 shot. B-12 can give you energy and the fact that I took my shot at night and wasn't up doing stuff,...probably made it more noticeable...in-fact it woke me up!
The other side effect I noticed on week one was the nausea the first several days when I knew it was time to eat something and just didn't feel like it. I really had to think about what I was going to eat. Eating protein helped. For me...just getting a few bites of some plain, lightly seasoned chicken breast, lunch meat or even one of those P3 protein snackables was helpful. I found that I could have a few bites of something and be totally satisfied.
The only time that food made me feel a little bad was on night 6. I had made a stew. It had garlic in it but wasn't strong. It's something that I have always had...and was nothing new to my system. I KNOW it was because I let myself get too hungry and ate to fast. I knew as soon as I finished the small bowel that I had eaten too quickly as it felt heavy in my stomach. Later that night I got indigestion that made me queasy. I took the prescribed Zofran that the Dr. gave me and was fine within 15-30 mins and fell back asleep. I could have just taken Pepto but I had to be up for work in a few hours and didn't want to chance it.
I am down 5 lbs. I am hoping to lose a little each week. I was told that I probably wouldn't see a drop till I went up on my dose at week 4...but I know my body and when I do something new, the first thing that happens it that I lose water weight. I figure at least 1/2 is water weight that I have been carrying around. But, I'll take it!

Congratulation on your journey, I been on my weight loss journey without any medication, July will be 2 years I've loss 69 lbs, but I have been at a stand still for over 6 mos losing and gaining the same 1-2 lbs. So since my A1C is still over 6. something. I decided it would benefit me in both ways, so this pass Thursday April 18, I started taking Tirzepatide to get my A1C back to normal and to help me reach my weight loss goal, so I can finally start maintaining.

The early weight loss is motivating but I worry about the hunger suppression. It’s normal and healthy to feel hunger. I’ve struggled to eat more than 1000 calories a day, but I’m making an effort to get more because what is the point if I eventually stop using it and normal hunger returns? I can see why people gain it all back plus more, if they allow themselves to starve the whole time, reach their goal, and try to live without it. It’s a marathon, not a sprint

Just make sure your compound does NOT contain salt or sodium. An FDA compound pharmacy does not use salts. They will compound with B12. If you are getting this online without doctor prescription, likelihood you aren’t getting the good stuff.
