If you want someone to pay when they book an appointment, and you use Squarespace, do you have to connect to Calendly or Acuity? And that requires another monthly fee?

I'm not a financial professional, but my vote here is YES! Separate business account, especially for tax and accounting purposes.

Is there a option for klarna payment on a service rather than a product.

I haven't tried setting up Klarna with a service, but here's what the Squarespace support page says: "At this time, it's not possible for customers to use Klarna to purchase subscriptions, donations, Digital Products, or access to monetized content such as member sites."
It doesn't mention Services, so I'd recommend setting up on your site and testing it out at checkout to see what happens.
