I love those Roses and the lime carnations. It's fantastic how the growers have created so many ne carnation colors in the last 30 years. I also wanted to say that I know in one of your recent videos you have created a similar style using chicken wire instead of foam. I praise you for showing foam is not always necessary.
Thank you 😊 yes, there are some really interesting carnations varieties now - some very unusual colours. And it’s true - we maybe just used foam because it was there rather than if it was necessary every time. 😀
Im growing gladioli in my garden and now im super excited to put something together ! The freeplacing of the greenery really gave me so much inspiration, I dont need to overthink it as much as I normally do and it comes out even better. Love your channel so much

I tried it for church meeting tonight, both the pedestal arrangement and the matching arrangements. Whilst it was a far cry from yours, they were better than anything that I've ever done, so thanks again. BTW I looked everywhere for the pot tape but noone seemed to know what it was. I found that the cellotape inhibited my sticking the flowers in. Thanks again and blessed Sabbath!

It is just absolutely gorgeous! I like the greens selection that gives it a natural and flowing look. Also the texture and color and placing of the flowers and the fillers create a very balanced design, not predictable which is what I love about it. Your video has been super helpful but I am struggling to figure out if the back of the arrangement is still supposed to be more or less flat or is it supposed to look like a stylish arrangement from the back as well.

I like the way you do things and I agree why do you have to pull off the ends of gladiolus I think that's what gives their natural movement it's pretty to me that's like rose petals feel pick off the rose petal the outer layer until it is no roads I love opened Rose's I love them so keep up the good work keep sharing I watch these over and over and over thank you again

Great team work ! Janos excelled recording the tutorial, with thought given to the various angles he filmed from. Having a plain background helped to keep eyes focussed on the design being constructed. John’s explanations for choice of container, how to prepare the mechanics and construct the design were clear and informative. Watching the design being created was a visual delight. It looks beautiful.
I wish I had seen this a lot earlier. Used the deep bowl a lot. All arrangements had to last at least a week. Pot tape was my best friend. Grew a lot of greenery at home. Parishioners also brought a lot like camellia, aspidistra fern and ivy, so expense was kept to flowers.
John, that was amazing, so lovely to watch you work on such a beautiful design. Explanation was brilliant, and so helpful. One to watch and watch again. I really appreciate the way you talked about your placement, and lines, balance etc as you worked on this. it took you a few minutes, it will take me a few hours, but those hours will be spent enjoying what I do, thank you so much for your teaching video.

Great team work ! Janos excelled recording the tutorial, with thought given to the various angles he filmed from. Having a plain background helped to keep eyes focussed on the design being constructed. John’s explanations for choice of container, how to prepare the mechanics and construct the design were clear and informative. Watching the design being created was a visual delight. It looks beautiful.

I wish I had seen this a lot earlier. Used the deep bowl a lot. All arrangements had to last at least a week. Pot tape was my best friend. Grew a lot of greenery at home. Parishioners also brought a lot like camellia, aspidistra fern and ivy, so expense was kept to flowers.
Camellia would be beautiful to use as a foliage, I love it’s shiny leaves! That’s great when people bring you materials - and it saves on cost! 😊🙋🏼♂️
John, that was amazing, so lovely to watch you work on such a beautiful design. Explanation was brilliant, and so helpful. One to watch and watch again. I really appreciate the way you talked about your placement, and lines, balance etc as you worked on this. it took you a few minutes, it will take me a few hours, but those hours will be spent enjoying what I do, thank you so much for your teaching video.
