I've been binge watching your older videos. I like them and feel your team is genuine. My only advice (no offense intended) would be 1)less talking to the camera. Just run your investigation. If details are needed, then explain them and 2) stop with any sound effects and background music.

Suggestion.. slow down your questions during Estes .. sometimes you ask multiple questions, get a response then choose what question it responds too..this is only my third video of yours that I watched.. but I do find it’s consistent.. not picking your methods apart..

So I grew up in an old old house... in our basement we had and old COAL room. A furnace was in there and piles of coal that was shoveled in.... soooooo you said it was warmer... you're right by where an old furnace is...scary room with nail scratches.... locked in the furnace room would be my guess. Not trying to be mean, just my opinion

Maybe Ken is a dog that belonged to anemone that worked at the Inn and was put in that little room during working hours and the scratches on the door was him wanting to get out.
