Circuit layout is the cause of how the i/o are laid out. Most are surface mounted and if they added another circuit board to exit the back, then likely it will be a weak point which is not a good idea for inputs that will be constantly used if not hard mounted.
Thanks for the review
Thanks mate! ❤️
Nice review 👌 I haven't been convinced to upgrade coz the cage on pro makes it more portable especially with 3 recievers on top n side...
I use my yolobox pro for streaming weddings and funeral, meaning I'm always on the move I prefer wire ports up or coz of their cage n also clipping transmitters/recievers now imagine having 4 recievers on here... plus wires everywhere
Thanks for sharing
Hi, the iso recording files. What codec are they recorded in? 8bit or 10bit colour?
Thanks for the review. Personally, I’m pretty happy with the inputs where they are (top and bottom). If anything, I’d make more use of the sides rather than the back. I mount my Ultra on a universal tablet mount so I need the back of the unit free of any ports. I guess everyone’s use case differs and it would be impossible to suit everyone, but for me top and bottom works :) I wouldn’t like that changed
If you need the address to return the demo... just give me a call. I have it right here for ya :)
Thanks for the video. I assume as it is an encoder, no external capture cards are needed (from any 4k usb-c to HDMI such as an older gopro 4).
I need one simple device to handle 3 cams and a laptop feed without having to buy a $129 camlink for every camera input.
absolutely DETEST not having physical switching buttons... touch screen is terrible... looks like a highly capable box, but relying on a touchscreen is... no bueno.
They are releasing a yolobox type streamdeck soon
