Well, as far as I know it could be a problem. If you can request the company to send you the corrected documents atleast by mail you can print it out in color formate apart from the work permit. Because work permit has to be original

If you have a bank balance its a positive point since it has sufficient amount for your return and also an amount for your expenses in Poland till you settle

Seriously? After arriving into Poland on National D visa, one has to wait for 3 months to be eligible to apply for Temporary resident permit? I think thats not true.
No, you can even apply after a week or 2 arriving to Poland. Doesn't matter. But if you start working certain companies applies for the TRC after 3 months or provide documents for you after 3 months. It's the reason because many ppl sooner getting the TRC from a company they escape to another country or change work. Due to this reason they apply after 3 months. This situation can be different case by case.

@pcstream1248 If you are directly arriving in Poland, then you have to apply for the visa according to the purpose, Tourism type C visa and National visa Type D

If you are applying for the visa to come to Poland as his wife, then he should legalize your marriage in Poland. For that he has to translate your marriage certificate in to Polish language and register in the regional registration office. Also he has to apply for yhe invitation lettet from the wojewoda. After that you can apply for the spouse visa from Dubai with other necessary documents.

Hello, yes could be. Because now days due to the matches the embassies have limited activities. Therefore this could be a reason for not having an interview. Don't worry, the interviews are not important, if your documents are 100% ok

As far as I know you have to make the travel itinerary either return back to your resident country or to your original country
But my work permit is valid for 3 year so I can't make a round trip for 3 years What do I do mam?
