HOW TO FILL NATIONAL VISA APPLICATION (ENGLISH VERSION)

- In order to book visa appointment for work purposes:
1. Go to the e-konsulat.
2. In the MENU select "National visa - work", fill in the preliminary visa application containing your basic data and the details of your work permit in Poland. If the details entered are correct, you will receive an email with a link to complete the visa application (you will have 48 hours to do it). Complete the application, save it and print it.
If the data are not positively verified or the application is not completed within 48 hours, the registration will be canceled.

Thank you... 🙏 if you are talking about the application online submission, as Dubai, Qatar has raffle system you cannot purchase insaurance until you get the appointment date. Therefore leave it blank. Incasr if you are having an issued insaurance by the company then enter the number

Very informative vlog mam. Thanks for this. I have a one question mam. If anyone don't have surname on his/her passport. He/she have only given name in all documents so what we put in surname ?
Just leave it or mention NA
@@ayubowanpoland mam if we left blank that form not proceed to further. And mam if we put given name and surname both wrote same it means first name raman and wrote surname also raman only in vfs appointment not in visa form. So it's ok or not for vfs appointment.
@Ayubowan Poland: Thanks for such informational video. I had a doubt on section 34 (work permit). What exactly needs to be filled in that section. I have work permit copy but not sure what should I enter in that section from that document.
No 34 is for the seasonal work permits which doesn't need to filled by the applicant who has type A work permits

Because most of the vfs poland visa applicant say vfs have no such visa interview they met that why I ask is it true
3) can you tell me how long process time for work permit from poland employment office because of most the people say it takes 3 to 4 months
Actually there are no way to verify the work permit unless you write to the voivodaship office. Sometimes they might respond you, sometimes they might not.
If you are a Sri Lankan applying for the National Visa, then you must apply only through the vfs center New Delhi not other centers.
Generally it takes 2 to 3 months for the process of the work permit depend on the region

My work permit is for 1.5 years. Since the maximum period of visa granted is 365 days.
Should, my intended date of departure and arrival, within 365 days or till the valid of work permit?

- what will be in the selection "Select type of service:"? Will it be 'national visa - work' or 'national visa'
- what will be in the section "Data of the document authorizing you to work" for the dependent visa?
You only have to fill the dependant visa form and submit the documents according to the check list. Supporting documents could be you your work permit ect

Well, I think this will effect your visa decision. I think since you are applying from Saudi they request a NOC isn't it? So this has to be given by the company

On my passport surname is empty only my given name is written for instance - Rajan Singh so should I write Singh in surname section or I should write NA or write full name in given name section no (3)?

It depends from where you are applying for the visa. For example if you are applying from Abu Dhabi or Qatar you have to arrange the itinerary only after you receive tje embassy appearance date

Its been 11 days , and i haven't received the positive or negative email for my preliminary application yet.
Can you please provide me some guidance from your experience; how much time can it take more as usually it takes 2-4 days .

@@ayubowanpoland Me and my brother filed the preliminary application 13 days ago on 27 Dec 2023, and we haven't received the positive or negative confirmation yet, nor we are able to apply for the preliminary application again.
One other applicant applied yesterday and he got a positive confirmation link today within one day from Islamabad embassy e-konsulate system .
The embassy didn't attend the phone.
What should we do at the moment.

Our teacher what can I do when after filling the Visa application form. And by the time you submit they tell you that you have exceeded the time and your visa application form has been removed from the e-consulate system
@moskaddu7929 you can try filling the same form again. But incase if it doesn't allow you to fill, then wait for 24hrs and repeat the process again. You have to fill the form before 48hrs you have received the link and also while filling yhe form try to fill within 20 to 30min

@@thebeautyofpoland no... because if your application says intent date is 3rd Dec (for example) and you get the embassy date on the 3rd January then obviously you cannot travel on the 3rd Dec. Therefore your travel itinerary has to be a new travelling date

Yes in India its a different method of filling the form. However its the same formate. The only difference is that its not online submission.

Once you submit the application click the print option then you will get a pdf formate. After you can save the page formate

Not the preliminary application... once you submit the comllete application only you will be able to save it. Since you have only submitted the preliminary application, you have to wait for the email from e-konsulate. Once you receive the validating mail they will send a link for the general application

Yes... once you submit your application online your application will be taken to the draw every week. Therefore kindly keep checking your mails for updates from the embassy.

How long does it take to get the visa appointment in Abu Dhabi? and do they inform whether my application has been drawn in this draw or will take part in the next draw?
Once your application submitted online to the embassy every week they will take your application to the draw. You will receive an email to the email address which have provided in the application. Regarding getting the dates, no one can say how long it will take. Since it's a raffle system it could take a week or two or 6 our several months

Every week your application will be taken to an electronic draw system by the central system. During that draw you will notified by email about the status of your application. Kindly keep monitoring your emails

If you have enter your application for a raffle system then don't worry. When you receive the email with the embassy appearance date, it contains your application as an attachment too. So you can print OR search the pdf file in your laptop as formularz wizowy

Hello dear, please i want to know when filling the duration of stay, should be always 365 days or it should be the number of days from your intended day of travel to the intended date of departure. The permit maybe one year but you finish the process in getting the visa for avout 3 months. So the reservation ticket date wont be 365 again. Do we do deduction to get the actual date or is automatically 365
Duration of stay always calculate according to the travel dates No. 29 and No. 30

There is an option in the application to fill as Domestic worker (I think) in that you can complete the information of the current employer and then request a letter from the employer once your embassy appearance date is received. Saving bank accounts statement will be fine

It mentioned as home address isn't it? Some mention the address locally they live or some mention the address in home country. But my advice is to mention the current address

No. 7 you can enter your current Nationality.
