This season 1 is a masterpiece. But I strongly suggest you to never watch season 2 or at least nothing after episode 1 then just read the manga.
Simply put: The studio was forced to insanely cut, alter and rush the manga and end it in season 2 whereras in the manga the arc that follows is awesome.

Kamusta! I'm a subscriber since your Haikyuu reaction days! Since you loved the animation of Haikyuu, try react to this anime - "Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteiru (Run with the Wind)".. I'm sure magugustuhan mo yan since characters and music/OSTs are very similar to Haikyuu (Both composed by Yuki Hayashi).. Both animes are also produced under Studio IG.. The creator actually helped make the second season, so it is not an insult to the creator
